Unsupportive Staff, Hotel amenities says parking available but when we reached the venue staffs say some reasons and denied parking. This property is on the main road and we struggled a lot to find a space on the road to park our car. also room’s are not maintained properly. No dental kits also provided. Whatever amenities showed here is wrong.

Rooms was very small not maintained properly. Food was not up to the mark. Overall the experience is not great except the location.

It was decent as per the budget. Almost 1 km from Promanade beach and rooms are clean. You can have in room dining and good food.

Place is located with in the city limits. Hotel food is good. Not to rely much on hotel food. We have wide variety of food options in near by areas. Standard Room is too small for a family of 4 members.

Nice stay, not even a10 minute early checkin available, they might keep early checkin. Standard and deluxe room is almost similar.

Overall service was good room was clean only negative thing was the breakfast provided by them. Taste was below average.

They call it 3 star but it is merely a 1 star accommodation. Don’t go with their description. Never choose this place for your stay.

Parking is outdoor. Except that everything is good and maintained neat. Could have been better if everything is in place we check in

Disappointing experience* i recently stayed at [white boutique] and was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the room and services. Despite booking a deluxe room, the accommodations were subpar. *room issues* - extremely small room size - non-functional air conditioning - faulty fan *hospitality and amenities* - poor hospitality - unpleasant environment within the hotel premises *food quality* - substandard food - not authentic south indian cuisine as advertised - unacceptable service

room floor was full wet in the morning when i woke up ….room number 204 was very small

It wasn't worth the money. The property looks more of a kabab eatery in first looks as the entrance is from there. We booked an executive suite but there were no amenities, condiments for beverages and am so disappointed in toiletries even. They don't even provide water in an suite. Room was more of a like standard room rather a executive suite. I am so off.

Room and services are excellent. The hotel has a rented parking area too. Just the access road to parking is much crowded and was sometimes blocked by parked two wheelers. Location is good. Near to shopping streets and near to pondicherry beach. Restaurant hygene low especially in wash area.
