Review Of Bay Homes- 2BHK Premium Home Stay

The property location is around 2 to 3 km from Rock Beach. You need to hire an auto or use your own vehicle to reach Rock Beach. The property is located in a market area, so traffic and noise will always be there for you. All kinds of shops and restaurants are nearby, so there is no problem with any daily need items. Even doctor clinics are nearby. No view of the beach or open area; you will see only the road and traffic from the balcony. The property is very big. 2 big bedrooms, a big kitchen with all utensils, an oven, a mixer, 2 induction cooktops, a sandwich maker, RO water, and a fridge. The property has a washing machine, TV, sofa set, dining table, carrom board, fish tank, and many chairs. The property has 2 big bathrooms with a big and clean bathtub, nice showers, soap, and shampoo. There are a few improvements I would suggest. A few kitchen utensils are old and dirty, which need replacement. Bedroom door stoppers are loose and need repair. Daily bedsheets and towels should be changed without asking the caretaker. The wifi speed is a bit slow; many mosquitos are there, so you need to keep good night repellent always on. No swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurant, or room service on the property. It's an independent house, which gives the 1st floor as a homestay. So no hotel-type facilities are there. You will feel like you are living in your home or apartment. Overall, it's a very good property to stay at if you want a homestay and want to stay near the market area. This property is not good if you want to stay within walking distance of the beach or want a beach or open area view.

The stay is so homely and we felt so happy staying in bay homes. The location is near to many places and beaches and in center. The hospitality, timely response and maintenance was great. We definitely recommend friends and family in future who goes to pondi.

A super cool stay at a decent price! we travel-led as a pack and the space was so good that we had this urge to stay indoors only! spacious rooms, range of amenities, ac in all bedrooms & in hall, nice lounge area, cool balconies, good bathrooms, parking.

Property was very nice and clean. The location is great and peaceful. We covered the white town places just by walk. A total walk of about 5 kms can cover almost 7-8 important places of pondicherry (white town. Vignesh was very proactive.

Everything was good, there were few lizards that’s the only drawback. Swiggy instamart is available for the location and can also order food over swiggy or cook yourself with utensils available at stay

The house is on the 1st floor and comes with great amenities. It's only 6 mins drive from the beach

Rooms were spacious, there were facilities for everything, caretaker was very nice n friendly, there's good internet speeds as well. Only con about this place are the mosquitos.

This is a home which has all the amenities which really gives you a homely vibes! Very well managed and clean. To be more accurate i even noticed shower gels and shampoo 😅. We also extended out stay because we loved the home! Great Job Bay homes 🤞... I would recommend all to choose this place.
