The property location is around 2 to 3 km from Rock Beach. You need to hire an auto or use your own vehicle to reach Rock Beach. The property is located in a market area, so traffic and noise will always be there for you. All kinds of shops and restaurants are nearby, so there is no problem with any daily need items. Even doctor clinics are nearby. No view of the beach or open area; you will see only the road and traffic from the balcony. The property is very big. 2 big bedrooms, a big kitchen with all utensils, an oven, a mixer, 2 induction cooktops, a sandwich maker, RO water, and a fridge. The property has a washing machine, TV, sofa set, dining table, carrom board, fish tank, and many chairs. The property has 2 big bathrooms with a big and clean bathtub, nice showers, soap, and shampoo.
There are a few improvements I would suggest. A few kitchen utensils are old and dirty, which need replacement. Bedroom door stoppers are loose and need repair. Daily bedsheets and towels should be changed without asking the caretaker. The wifi speed is a bit slow; many mosquitos are there, so you need to keep good night repellent always on.
No swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurant, or room service on the property. It's an independent house, which gives the 1st floor as a homestay. So no hotel-type facilities are there. You will feel like you are living in your home or apartment.
Overall, it's a very good property to stay at if you want a homestay and want to stay near the market area. This property is not good if you want to stay within walking distance of the beach or want a beach or open area view.
