I love to visit this property once again because of the following reasons, 1- Received the call in the morning (arrival day) 2- By the time I reached, room was well maintained and tidy and clean 3- Housekeeping team was very good and friendly 4- Security incharge was 24/7 especially while parking the car inside & helping. 5- All staff is very friendly

The basic facilities was not provided there and the pictures showing in the make my trip are completely different from the real experience. Some bad smell was coming from the rooms.

Room size is big and specious. Wash room is clean . Located in very good location to reach market as well as lots of food options near by the hotel. Only thing which i want to highlight is there is no restaurant in the hotel and you need to either go out to eat food for Tea/coffee or order online from Swiggy or Zomato. Overall it was a good stay but price is bit higher side in holiday season.

Rooms are so conjusted breakfast is not Good. Service is good from the staffs, please improve the quality of food and mosquitos in the room.

Good place, near by there are many places to visit,staff is cooperative and we'll maintained rooms.

The best one i had ever stayed in pondicherry. Simple and calm location and well-maintained rooms. Really love it

Pros: Staff is good Location is good Rooms are clean and spacious Cons: Parking is too small for a car (deal breaker) Restaurant is not there, so better not to opt for breakfast while booking.

The stay was very good. The room size was a bit smaller than what appears in photo, but nevertheless it's good. Parking is a bit inconvenient in whole of pondicherry, here atleast it is made available. Thanks to the security and hotel personnel for assisting.

stay was comfortable.. good hygienic place.. staff were cooperative... only problem was they don't have restaurant and breakfast was ok.

Overall neat and tidy, food package is okay. Used the 3 bed and balcony room which was nice, but the downer was no mini fridge which I was looking forward too as it’s a holiday destination.

It was very pleasent, people were very helpful and well maintained. Food provided was packaged but quality was very good

- seems like newly construction hotel. - clean place & clean room. - mosquito issue - only 3-5 cars can be parked onsite & that too we have move the car for the other cars to parked and to move out. - no onsite restaurant.

Good & Secure Stay" We had a pleasant experience. The security was excellent, and the hotel staff — especially the receptionist — were very helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Truly appreciated their service!

The location is very convenient, as shopping areas and tourist spots are nearby. Transport facilities are also easily accessible. They don't provide food service, so you have to make your own arrangements. The room was very clean and neat. All necessary facilities were available. Only the Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, but apart from that, everything was good.

It’s not an accommodation with restaurant they have a standard breakfast served daily parking is a problem lack of staff, paid 11000/ for 2 days including breakfast for 4 bed accommodation, except room nothing worked.

Window is a problem, Rest things are good. Window is only for showoff there is no use of window, because very small gab is there b/w two buildings.

AC noise working, parking facility is poor. Otherwise good grading.

does not have proper parking.Difficiktvto stay with big cars. complimentary breakfast was charged but it was some food both days. Some packed food was given as complimentary food. room size is small compared to what is charged. location is okay
