It’s really a nice place and atmosphere for stay, food room accommodation and accountability

Had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The location was inconvenient, and the hotel was a far cry from the photos - rooms were small and congested. The rates were steep for the state, and the complimentary breakfast was underwilled with limited options. Plus, the place was uncomfortable with mosquitoes buzzing around. Not worth the money, would not recommend.

In our 2 day stay in Cradle, we faced issues with hot water on both the days while taking a shower. When asked about this issue, the front desk told us to adjust for the time being. Also faced issues with bed, when we told the front desk, the front desk told us to leave the hotel although we had paid the stay beforehand. He also ridiculed that we paid less for the stay. , which is overpriced for this shit place with poor management and no basic amenities. The management is not professional, no basic respect to guests. No decency.

I had a great stay. Specially I was amazed to see the 2D paintings, beautifully illustrating the property. The room was extremely huge, which prevented suffocation and gave us sufficient space to move around the room, free and comfortable. The Cradle made our memories of Pondicherry, more precious and peaceful. Thank you.

The property was good but the location was very crowded. it was in the middle of the market, and also in the very narrow gully, also the parking is a big issue

Property's location was one of the best thing, just the centre of the city. Everything was so reachable from here. The food was also delicious. The care takers were so kind. I would love to stay here again whenever I visit pondi again.

The stay was very good and the room was really nice with good ambience. The breakfast was excellent. Only cons is the cost was high and they don't have a restaurant to have dine in for lunch or dinner.

I have seen the property in MMT.I have booked duplex room with jacuzzi and the room ambience,room service was good and breakfast was nice. I have one bad observation and experience i have faced in room was curtains in the room was not nice and not suits to the room and the outdoor lights are visible inside the room except that everything was fine. I suggest to change the curtains.

Had hygienic and delicious food, easy to identify the property

Cozy place, more like a boutique hotel. Clean and neat. Breakfast was very average like simple home food. Parking could be a problem , narrow road . Stay was good, jaquizee was a highlight. I just felt for the price was too high for this place.

It’s was very good. room was very cute for couples washroom and jacuzzi also good just wanted to highlight one thing if you maintain it more it will be better otherwise very nice thank you.

We stayed at The Cradle over a long weekend and while the concept of the property is nice, the overall maintenance is below average. There’s no restaurant and only breakfast is served (all veg, with very limited options). We had booked Duplex rooms, but both ours and our friends’ rooms were poorly maintained – the bed wasn’t fixed properly, the bed sheets weren’t clean, and overall hygiene was lacking. The only saving grace was the staff, who were genuinely helpful and polite. Considering the higher-end price during the long weekend, the experience didn’t really match up to expectations.

This property has been maintained very poorly! Please do not get fooled by the images you see. The sheets and mattress are spoiled and full of stains! Location wise, its in the middle of busy area. The streets are narrow, so be mindful if you are driving down with your own car. They do have a secured and covered parking tho. Food wise, they do serve breakfast with limited items. Other then that, there is no kitchen and hence you will be left at the mercy of swiggy and zomato for even a cup of tea. Basic cutlery are missing from the room by default but you can get them by requesting for them. If you do opt for the ones with balcony, you will not see any covers in the torn furnitures downstairs.
