A good 3 star hotel with rooftop private pool
The hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures , with all amenities like toiletries , complimentary breakfast , swimming pool, rooftop restro pub , basement parking , laundry service , housekeeping , room service . We stayed for 2 nights . Its very close to whitetown as well .

Delayed response from staff

Average Stay
Property is good but bed spreads are already used one, not changed when we occupy. Maintenance can be improved becoz tea cups were kept without cleaning and pathetic as well. Cost is higher when compared to other hotel. But swimming is good we enjoyed. Breakfast is nice and varieties can be increased.

The room was ready on time. It was very neat. No issues. Customer service is very good. We had no issues at all during the stay. Breakfast was also tasty. We definitely recommend this place to others.

Average Stay
The room is very small. There is no space to even walk. Bathroom is not cleaned well. No free breakfast. Not worth the price.

Poor Stay
An ok room. Breakfast was not complimentary. For swimming pool access extra. No bedsheet and floor mat. Was an ok stay

Pleasant stay
A decent hotel with well maintained room, a good restaurant below and a spacious location little bit away from the busier part of the town. Overall i had a good experience. Will definitely come again.

One of the best stays
familyI had a leg injury. But then the staff here took good care, was kind enough to give first aid and direct me to a hospital.

Good Stay
The hotel is good, the facilities are also good, receptionists will treat you well, the canteen is also good, the only problem i had is with room service, they are not doing it properly on a daily basis, refilling the tea coffee powder, soap, brush, blanket etc.

Terrible Stay
The service at the hotel was horrible, they were serving us breakfast and were talking to us as if we were eating there for free without paying them. When we asked them for drinking water they told us to either purchase mineral water worth 25 rs or come down and drink from the restaurant. Free drinking water will not be supplied to the room. Staff is very arrogant.

Average Stay
At ed-en roc, the management was more concerned about the age of my kids than providing the necessary services/amenities like towels, cover for the quilt, bathroom cleanliness which were not provided/missing. As i understood, they were more concerned about the age of kids, because of the bill settlement for the breakfast between the hotel & the associated restaurant. The restaurant staff were very co-operative and food was excellent too.

Good stay and awesome food
Hotel is new and the infrastructure is good. Food was awesome, in fact we had our lunch, dinner and breakfast (complimentary) there itself with reasonable cost. They said i’ve to additionally pay for my daughter’s breakfast but i’ve already included her and paid for her breakfast when i book in makemytrip. So, if they insist to pay anything additional i suggest don’t do that unless you’ve not paid already. That was one bitter experience when we entered into the hotel by the receptionist, otherwise all good.
