Terrible Stay
It's an old property. Not worth the price paid, it was in utter desperation that we went, and so there was an attempt to fleece on the busy weekend. And so we made the booking . Certain members of the staff were courteous, and we thank said persons for the rare glimpse of hospitality.

Terrible Stay
I booked two rooms for my family through MakeMyTrip, and during the booking process, the price unexpectedly increased by ₹2,000, which was quite disappointing. The hotel is located in a very narrow and congested lane. The entrance was difficult to access, and there was no proper parking available. Although the facility was listed as having parking, the security guard asked me to park outside in an unsafe area, which was concerning. The overall environment felt cramped and not very family-friendly. There was a strong smell of cheap liquor around, which made the place uncomfortable, especially for families. The hotel did not feel professional or well-managed. There was no in-house food facility, and the service was practically non-existent. Even for small items like a bottle of water, they asked for immediate payment. Basic amenities like toiletries were not provided in the rooms and were only given when asked. In the morning, I called around 7:30 AM to request tea or coffee, but I was told that the kitchen would only open after 9 AM. This was very inconvenient. Overall, my experience was not terrible, but definitely not good. The hotel needs significant improvements in terms of service, cleanliness, professionalism, and basic facilities. I would not recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and safe stay.

It's average only. As mentioned in description,no mini refrigerator in the room and no welcome drink. Food is also average.No person to pickup luggage.

Terrible Stay
The worst place to stay with family. The ambience is very poor. I never had this experience. location, food, amenities and service every thing very poor. not suitable for family

No good and average facilities in the RKN hotel worst stay foods are too oily and I didn't expect that this hotel is so terrible

Very bad
Not worth. Family can't stay there... Very bad experience... Only bachelors stay... Very bad house keeping... It's lke a very bad lodge. Pls don't give options lke this kind of stay.. not satisfied

not worth anything more than 1k per night
coupleNot all that glitters is gold. They said it is newly renovated, what they meant is glass panel were placed and hotel painted. What went wrong? Smelly reception area,mould smelling rooms, no ventilation to refresh the air inside the rooms, no kettle or refreshments in the room, only 1 plug point, dusty curtains and shelves. What was ok - staff response, they have lift and running water in taps. We paid about Rs. 7000 for all this for 1 night.

Poor Stay
It's very bad experience. Washroom is not clean. Their is no smart card for room entrance door. Camper to r kn grand. R kn hotel is very bad to stay. I'm not taken photos.

Best fit for familie
Awesome hotel with all required facilities. Well maintained. Highly recommended for families. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough for one person. Got last minute booking with best rate in makemytrip. Only drawback is not getting enough car parking at night.

Poor Stay
The lock was not working. The flush in the washroom wasn’t working. They had other rooms available. However they did not give us another room. Overall it was not a great experience

Horrible experience
familyThe hotel is just a dingy, unwelcoming venue that has nothing 3 star about it. From room quality to facilities, everything was horrible. Not recommended for any category of traveller.

Please note there are two hotels with slight difference. We had a confusion with the same. We are supposed to book r kn grand hotel and we booked r kn hotel. Here extra bed is rs 600- way to high.

familyWorst hotel to book. No restaurant. Limited options for room service. Very delayed service. Rooms with many mosquitos. Dirty had to checkout within a day.

Poor Stay
Bathroom not good, fan making more noise, ac not working properly. Bathing kit, tooth kit not provided. Only one bathing towel they provided for 4 ppl stay.
