very nice hotel... we stayed in a standard room. AC is good, bathroom and linen is clean... they have a cafe in the geoun floor and a rooftop pub and restaurant with very tasty food. Mr Ravi is very helpful. Overall very economical and comfortable stay

This hotel is very far from white town, however staffs are friendly but if you are tamil speaking. Rooms are average, bathroom were clean

No breakfast/ coffee is available no kettle to heat water also the bill provided doesn't cover the entire stay bill. Almost rs. 2000 is short in the bill provided won't suggest anyone to stay in this place as it is very expensive

It was not clean, with dust and stains visible on the furniture and carpet. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with mold in the shower and a broken faucet. The bed linens looked old and were not properly cleaned. Service during our stay was poor. Housekeeping did not replenish toiletries, and when we requested extra towels, they took hours to arrive. The staff generally seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Moreover, the hotel amenities were subpar. The advertised pool was closed for maintenance without any prior notice, and the fitness center equipment was outdated and mostly non-functional. To top it off, the noise levels were unacceptable. We could hear loud conversations and movement from the adjacent rooms and hallway throughout the night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Overall, [hotel name] failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, service, and comfort. I would not recommend staying here, and i hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the experience for future guide

Most important. Please do not confuse this place with hotel annamalai international, puducherry. This place is 17 kms from the main city and the main tourist attraction i. E. White town. There is no room service available. The staff is very rude and are told that the least important thing in the premises is the customer. Rooms are of good quality. Will avoid this place in future.

I booked this hotel at the last moment as it was an unplanned trip. Many hotel options were closed but i got this one and they charged per room per night. The hotel was out of city very far away and price which hotel people told us was shocking as there was no room service and other basic amenities.
