Property was good. We got our aged parents and they enjoyed the stay as well. Food choices were very good. Property is easily accessible

The hotel is a nice property with good facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are humble and very polite, always willing to help. However, the service can be a bit slow at times, which affected the overall experience slightly. Despite that, the warm and friendly nature of the staff made the stay enjoyable.

Stayed for 1 night at Four points mahabalipuram. A calm pleasant Resort totally out of city chaos.Good place to relax and rejuvenate your mind.They had lot of relxation activities to indulge.Room was conformable with individual Balcony. Well trained staff courteous and helpfull.They also had cracker show enlightening Diwali.A special applause for the food quality.Tasty preparation,enjoyed. One suggestion to four points ,kindly change check in time to 2 pm ,it was difficult for some guest to wait till 3pm. Excellent resort,awesome stay.

Stayed with family for 3d2n.. good relaxed trip, Villa type room with two rest rooms, can accommodate easily a family of 4, no need to book two rooms, excellent food - must try their French toast and waffle.. awesome.. pool is small one but maintained good, great and huge lawn for outdoor activities.. one drawback is no beach access since it is bit far from beach.. over all great experience.. Highly recommend ..

Location is fine. Unfortunately I didn’t check that it is not on beachside .. So our total purpose has gone.. Food is great, front office is responsible but delay in answering room requirements . Swimming pool is awesome and Mr Karthikeyan was doing great job.. Rooms are clean but outdated..

The stay was pleasant. Food was very good. Location is very close to beach and other places of interest (tourist places). Service is splendid., courteous.

Everything good except less activities. Elderly people will enjoy the ambience. Less activities especially for youth & children. No direct access to Beach. It totally spoiled the mood. Questions the stay at Mahabalipuram....

I had four power cuts during my stay at this 4-star hotel, which is completely unacceptable. Apart from that, the service was often delayed, probably because of the resort’s distance. Overall, I feel quite disappointed.

Their professionalism combined with genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. 🧹 Cleanliness: The property is extremely well maintained. The rooms, common areas, and dining spaces were all spotless. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent, and it really gave a sense of comfort and hygiene throughout my stay. 🍴 Food Quality: The food served here is excellent, both in taste and presentation. I especially want to mention Chef Sekar L, who did an outstanding job. His dishes were flavorful, thoughtfully prepared, and reflected a high level of skill and passion. Every meal felt fresh and homely, and his attention to detail truly stood out. ✅ Overall, my experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service, clean surroundings, and delicious food.

1. Power and AC went off 9 times between yesterday night 10 pm to this morning 10 am. Could sleep for even 1 hour. 2. Shower was completely clogged. I had to open the ports to get some water on my head. 3. Poor house keeping. Had some items stored infront of the room.

Overall stay was excellent but restaurant is small and during lunch /dinner guest need to wait for 30 minute to get table.

Right from Gate In very courteous Front Office Reception Team - especially female staffs - Male staffs in front office in night shifts to be trained on customer handling. F&B Manager - Male staff is very friendly and managing the crowd very efficiently on 10.8.25 - Sunday
