we had a very good experience. All the staff was quite supportive and also food was very nice and reasonable. Charles was very helpful in his service.

Food and hospitality wise it's good but charging 70,80 rupees for MRP 20 rupees bottle is not good. Also they have added service tax in addition to GST. when asked to remove they didn't but they told they'll compensate that with coffee or juice. but later only got to know that was already included in complementary breakfast.

Worst leaking rooms with fungus odour,break fast was absolutely disastrous, no hygiene at all.. crows everywhere creating a mess. Staff were lazy and broken buggies. Towel were used ones.. and bedspread was dirty.

i have found in chrome searching. it is nice restaurant. i have preferred this for mainly family. safety and security is super duper. Ultra cleaning i mean maintenance is good. Whoever planning relaxation please stay here and restart your days. My rating is 10/10.

Location is good. Resort also has huge area and good access to beach. Food is also good But rooms are very small. And stuff behaviour is very unprofessional. Specially for room service and restaurant.

Room is compact and good but the bed is not much comfort and there are some insects under the bed which need to be addressed.. food is good, swimming pool is clean and have large open space to party and play.. kids will enjoy for sure

Poor Stay
it's a great property and the staff is really pleasant and helpful. problem is with maintenance. we had problem with water pressure in our bathroom as we couldn't use the shower or even the water flow in the wash basin was very poor, and when we complained the house keeping staff visited immediately but couldn't resolve the issue fully. Today morning while taking shower water from shower stopped when i had used the soap and when i tried to fill the bucket i got black water( without pressure) with lit of sand. it looked like they were pumping sea water directly to their tank. I had to wait for half hour to get some usable water in bucket to complete mt bath. cant comprehend how a resort function without presaure pump and also how they cant have water leveller controller to have continuous water supply. Hot water was not at all available but jn the Chennai heat its not required but everybody might not be comfortable with cold water bathing. The general manager did personally try to solve the problem but couldnt do it on time and offered to write off the food bill which was rejected by me. premium properties are supposed to have proof amenities apart from location and ambience but this property in this crucial factor.

Food was decent, but the ordering experience was terrible because the bar and restaurant were separate. So couldnt place an order for both food and alcohol at once. The location was great, as a beach front property it was clean. But the spa was a miserable experience. And there was barely any signage to tell the guests where to go for food, or the bar, or the spa.

We had a wonderful experience. and the ambience, food, hospitality, and overall maintenance were truly impressive. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved: 1. The Wi-Fi and TCCL connection were not working, so we couldn't watch any TV programs. 2. There was a water leakage in the toilet closet when the flush tank filled up. Also, we suggest placing a foot mat outside the room door to help prevent dust from entering, especially during the rainy season. Apart from these minor issues, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely love to come again next time! Thank you!.
