The fans didn't give out any air at all. There was no one at the reception at around 11pm to settle the complaint and the bathroom toilet pipe came out the overall price of the room seems very costly which was around 3000 considering the condition of the room. And also from makemytrip there seems to be an error because i have booked 2 rooms for 5 people but over their side it reflected as 3 people which caused confusion and had to go to another room.

welcoming and friendly reception staff,well maintained rooms and hygienic washrooms. food also takes order and bought it for us. provided drinking water. the parking facility is also good. overall it was a wonderful experience 🤗

Good stay. Workers are helpful. They also arrange for local site seeing. Although food is not available here, they get from nearby good restaurants if we order prior. Overall rooms are neat and clean.

Hotel is in main road. Commute is easy. Car parking available. Rooms and washrooms were clean. Mirror and cupboard was not maintained well. Only water bottle provided. Could have offered soap and shampoo like other hotels. No shops available nearby to buy any immediate requirement. No hot water facility in the morning. Tv was very old.

familyGood tripple bed room but once we went there we got to know that the price of the hotel is just but we ended up paying close to rs😔. the room was nice, it was oj the 3rd floor, it has got lift facility, bit hot inside because it's Tamil nadu plus it is on the 3rd floor. p.s- this property siva residency doesn't have wi fi facility although it says wi fi is available. also, we asked for room cleaning but they did not do it.. hotel person well behaved.

The room and the bathroom are very clean and spacious. Good staff. Location is also very good. Parking facility is also available. No restaurant but there are plenty of option near by.
