The resort is good overall, but the service at the reception needs a lot of improvement. There was no welcome drink offered upon arrival, and check-in is strictly after 2 PM. Until then, there are no nearby cafés to relax or have a coffee.
The room lacked basic toiletries — no toothpaste, brush, or even a comb was provided. The balcony chairs were in very poor condition and need replacement.
During our stay, a group of students from one Indira College had also booked this hotel for their industrial tour. Some students were knocking on doors early in the morning around 5 AM, behaving as if they were in a hostel, and then ran away. We reported this incident to the reception, but no action was taken.
It seems the management is not serious about maintaining proper discipline or customer satisfaction. If room service, customer service, and management responsiveness are improved, this could be a much better place to stay. Also, note that no beach is nearby — Baga Beach is around 1.5 to 2 km away, so be prepared for a walk.
