Well behaved staff and good ambiance around

AC not working TV not working Jet spray not there in bathroom Towels where torned and old. Fan also not working. worst hotel , please don't go to this hotel

worst experience staying in this hotel. The hygiene part is very . The rooms are filled with lists of mosquitoes. no proper AC working. A very bad hotel doesn't book this hotel for your stay

Room space okay Bathroom not up to satisfaction, commode not sparkling white, loose fittings etc. Food okay No lift, no space for car parking. Had to park on road in front. Location okay.

The staff is very helpful and full support for my interview they drop from their vehicle to the place of interview

The rooms were not clean enough... Had to ask for everything Like water, towels, ac remote. No daily cleaning. Breakfast was same everyday

Room was clean and big. Had ac, tv working. Staff is good in order to communicate with. Food available at hotel is tasty too. It was truly luxurious experience in least price paid. Location is good too with sea view available from Terrace. Less than a kilometre away from Vasco Da Gama railway station. Many famous beaches are in closure to location.

So many problems not any one in reception ,not answering on call ,not proper maintaining for hot water giser,not on timing to provide bill

Very good experience with Hotel Avisha residency staff is very cooperative and immediate response Facilities are good Room service very satisfactorily Restaurant are good and food quality is also nice 👍 comfortable stay enjoyed location and transport availability near the locations

The phone numbers given by the hotel were either not working or out of network and the ac is not working in one room and water is leaking from the top in another room. The service is not good. Not responsive. we ended up vacating the room before checking in.

Decent hotel at a reasonable price. Fre things missing like the phone in the room does not work, AC remove was not available. Staff is supportive.

Actually I have booked dormitory room with online payment. Due to my personal work I went to cancel the doremitory and shift to double room. But they denied to cancel doremitory So again I paid direct cash 1000 rupees and booked one double room ( per room per night) After checkin to double room after 11 and 12 pm bed bugs 🐞 started to bite me continuously, I was literally didn’t had a sleep that full night. Morning 5 am I slept on the floor along with the bed sheet which I carried with me But while checking out I paid 1000 rupees cash for the room rent It was horrible experience Seriously not enjoyed the stay

Room was clean n good. I found the stay in MMT and it is very near to vasco railway station with ease accessible. Amenities were good and service are excellent.

Affordable food,good maintenance for the price, but still have space for improvement in terms of lift and bath tub facilities....overall the room had nice view of the ocean and everything.

Firstly room floor was dirty with dust it was not cleaned,there were no towels given ,and I had book room with including breakfast,on 5th till 10 am there was not a single tea or coffe given even though asking for many time and I was not given breakfast money refund.
