I selected For Super Package for my Stay. But the Property People not Fulfilling the Package Requirements as Mentioned on the Package

located centrally, food was good and was being served timely even though there were too many customers especially during breakfast, staff was decent, well mannered and cooperative. bed mattress needs to be changed as they have lost stiffness.

very bad experience.staffs r not co operative.I will never select ginger hotel anymore.thank you.Iocation is not bad.Novotel is near to this is very good it seems.breakfast option is very limited

housekeeping of the room was not done properly. water issue as well. dirty water in taps for more than 30 mins

The rooms where really small, location was good, food was just average. Most of all there was a complete wifi outage and the network coverage in the area was very bad! So basically had a horrible day with connectivity issues

Room service is nice service, House keeping service is nice, but every time I will face internet connectivity issue

Despite given a special request for early check-in they don't bother to head to the request. It's sheer waste to make a special request and the staff are well trained to be blunt. The food quality also have slipped from good to average. Not expected this kind of service despite being a regular to this hotel they care damn

AC WAS NOT WORKING, IN 2 DAYS I HAVE TO CALL MAINTENANCE FOR 5 TIMES TO START THE AC, SAFE LOCKER WAS NOT WORKING, ROOM NO.108, WORST EXPERIENCE OF LIFE TIME IN GINGER HOTEL

Very bad service, staff and experience. Locker was not working. Room key was not working at first. Room was small and suffocating. Overall services could have been better.

Ginger Hotel Panjim is a good budget-friendly stay in the heart of the city. Rooms are neat and clean, though a bit small. Location is excellent, close to main attractions and easy to reach. Staff is polite and helpful, always ready to support. Food quality is decent but breakfast options can be improved. Wi-Fi works but could be faster. Overall, a comfortable stay with good value for money, especially for short trips or business visits.

AC is not working till checkout, complain to ginger team but they told in morning to change the room but

Property’s location is average, room was clean,amenities was good but I food a locked door inside my room which opens to adjacent room which compromises privacy and room was not sound proof. Hospitality was very poor.

Location wise property is near to all the places such as casino, fontainhas and facilities are great
