in google surch..... they are not responding...more than half an hour waiting in reception. no hospitality.... no service.....

It was good... isolated from usual crowd. Need a bike/ car to reach this place . Rooms were clean and good .

Good and clean hotel , I stayed 4 days .all was good and clean . Big room and washrooms will go again

Services are good but found 2-3 cockroaches in room. Everything is great except room pest control. Affordable and reasonable price breakfast shop is nearby, bombay pav must try! allowed late check-in

. Rooms are clean and maintained and staff is cooperative we have a villa at coco beach and our staff stayed here and were very happy with the hotel

The hotel is average for the cost paid. They gave us a room with a balcony in first floor and we weren’t able to lock the door because the lock was broken. When we asked them about it they said no other room is available, we have cctv so no problem you can stay.

It was a pleasant stay. Room was neat and clean and quite large. Everything was great

No water at bathroom in the morning, after informing hotel boy only they switched on the motor as well when the tank got filled & overflowing we only need to inform them to switch off the motor. No lift provision to reach the 2nd floor of the room provided by them. No hygienic circumstances. No dustbin. No room cleaning. We stayed here for 3nights but not a pleasant stay.

There was non mini fridge and places are very far away from the hotel. Very difficult to access restaurants and hotel

Overall, it was good, but there could have been improvements in room maintenance. The caretaker and manager were really helpful and supportive

The room was okay however not clean. Pillows were not fresh but the room and bathroom was overall okay

Room was very bad stinking even after room service could not sleep whole night because of smell, outside property was good food was very good should improve room clineness.

Just the right place to be with your family, very close to all places in north goa yet peaceful. Food taste is awesome.
