The hotel’s location is favourable with ample parking space and it being only 10 mins away from Har ki Paudi is a plus.
The rooms are average size and hotel cleanliness needs to be improved. Room door lock was broken and the door chain was removed by hotel staff as they claim that customers take away the chain. No safety guaranteed. Stay at your own risk. Room AC remote was also not working, it was chilling cold and the inhouse technician was not able to adjust the temp. Lift is working but very small and not clean.
The staff is very slow in responding to any requests and housekeeping is not upto mark. Breakfast spread is not adequate, No bakery items and fruits are also not provided as a whole (example bananas are already peeled and cut into half).
Restaurant service is very slow, had to wait a lot to get a tandoori roti while main dishes got cold, and staff refuses to give hot milk, they claim this is max (lukewarm) they can heat it. They take forever to clear a table even if other guests are waiting to be seated.
Overall staff needs training, as no one greets or wishes you at the reception or elsewhere and cleanliness needs lot of improvement. Any complaint is handled with a very casual attitude and mostly ignored. It’s a take it or leave it attitude. Sadly, Not a good example of hospitality.
Location is the only advantage here, okay to stay for 1 night.
