I wanted to share our sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience we had during our stay at Ramaya Inn. The service we received was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was nice, well-appointed, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. We particularly enjoyed the terrace restaurant. It is beautifully designed and has a fantastic ambiance, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The combination of great food, a lovely setting, and the overall professional service made our trip memorable. Thank you to the entire team at Ramaya Inn for a truly outstanding stay!

pleasant stay – great experience! stayed in: executive room with balcony our stay at this hotel turned out to be a very good experience. honestly, i had low expectations at first, but booking the executive room with a balcony was a great decision. the balcony was peaceful, and we really enjoyed sitting there whenever we came back from outside. the room was very clean, and the washroom hygiene was well-maintained. they provided body wash and hand wash, which was thoughtful. the room lighting was attractive and created a nice vibe. the food was tasty, and prices were not too expensive, which was a plus. we also sat on the terrace, which was filled with calm and peaceful vibes. the location of the hotel is also excellent – close to a waterfall, lakshman jhula, and even a ghat. the best part was the overall peaceful atmosphere. it was truly a good decision to stay at this hotel, and i would definitely recommend it to others..

Awaz day was okay okay with the property. Property was good. Washroom was neat and clean, and the mattress of the bed is not good, not comfortable. It is comfort us the whole night and the food is okay okay, types not that tasty.

Room TV not working properly, Hair dryer not working....food quality is average, Administration is average...

Had a lovely stay at Ramaya Inn! The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was warm and responsive, and the overall vibe was peaceful. Great location and good value for money. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway

Amenity was basic in Delux room, no kattle, No dented kit, no saving kit, no iron, limited options in dinner and provide sweet after asking for same. Very slow service in restaurent. I don't know how MMT has given 4 srar rating to this hotel. during breakfast very limited option were available and it must have multiple variety.

the location is 4km from Har ki Pauri. Electric rickshaw are available from the hotel. The rooms are good. But unfortunately we have an issue with our, the exhaust was too loud and there was disturbance in the middle of the night. one of your pillows had stain. food was good.

neat and clean ambience...food is reasonably good both in terms of quality and price. rooms are somewhat smaller than expected on first impression but get used to it. not sure if there is a dedicated parking space provided by the hotel as there is frontal parking space for only few cars. room service was good. staff was cooperative. location is excellent..dot on Rishikesh highway, free from congestion of main Haridwar hot spot of har ki paudi, yet very close to this landmark. local transport is easily available just outside the hotel in case required. overall satisfied considering the price factor. Roof top restaurant is excellent. Just prop up a little considering it is a four star property.

The hotel was good, hygienic and staff behaviour was also good they were supportive. The hotel is located between har ki pauri and rishikesh. ?

food was with limited variety, but room, service , parking all were good. overall really good place to stay with family

rooms were clean but the service provided were not following the requests . Have asked for water two jugs two time but got one on both the occasions. Have to ask for kettle as well specially then got after a day, it was included in the room package though.

We booked this hotel because of close proximity to Shantikunj. The rooms were fine and clean but service is slow had to wait for 20 minutes to get a water bottle in room after making 3 calls. Its still excused as the hotel was busy. But what is not pardonable is that we found a human hair in breakfast, yet they charged for it. This is unacceptable. If they cant maintain basic food hygiene they should close the restaurant.

Excellent stay, food was good, property was well mentain and clean, staff was very polite and cooperative,the room service was super.

Location and Food was quite good. However the rooms are quite small. Also we were mentioned in our package that we will be given welcome drinks on arrival and also high tea. But we did not get any welcome drinks also tea was served without any biscuit etc, no snacks which meant only tea and not high tea. Rest everything was fine
