They Have denied the booking as the had some issues with OYO and Make my Trip and asked me to contact with Make my trip customer care. Latter on make my trip really give me very good service and solved my problem replacing the hotel without any extra charge.

Owner denied us stay and forcebly shifted us to another hotel. Also he refused to arrange any transport for shifting. With wife, children and luggage, I had to travel long distance. It was really horrible.

It was very bad experience after booking through make my trip. After booking and making advance payment while reached at booked hotel there was no vacant room and conveyed by property manager that all rooms were already booked and was conveyed by him to oyo and Make my trip. I had to suffer with my family and got no response from make my trip for any other alternative arrangement. Finally had to book another hotel with higher tariff. It is requested to make my trip for refund of paid amount as could not avail the booked rooms.
