Good stay , neat and clean room, good food taste, good location. All basic need

hotel is situated on main road due to which whole night vehicle horn disturb sleep. Room is very small & congested.

Property is situated at a distance of 4 KM from Har Ki Paudi and Hotelier not provided basics like soap/ Brush Paste etc.

It was a great experience, staff was very polite and also there was no disturbance at all. I had a good time and my trip was really good.

Dirty bedsheet & blankets, no water, room smells, even lobby area is very bad

Fortunately off season, room attractive, good room service. Hotel should provide open place to dry out inner garments, as wet washed clothes remains wet for 4- 5 days.

Paying approx 3000 for room, at-least required a proper bed, cleanliness, door lock was also broken, reaching hotel is easy but my experience was really bad

This is an average hotel, location is not that good, hotel staff didn't pick up my call while i was searching the location through map. Lizard and cockroach were there in room. Ac and beds were good. Small lift is there and was nit working while check out. My parents had to come through stairs from 4th floor. Tea was good. For short stay it is ok.

Non co-operative owner, unmaintained rooms and facilities in the room non operative. Worst experience. Though location is prime but the arrogance of the front desk is unacceptable.

Terrible stay! the room reeked of an awful stench and was covered in dust. It was clear that it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The odor made it hard to sleep, and the dust aggravated my allergies. Definitely not worth the price. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness and comfort.

The property is located on the main road SO it's easy to reach. Food was not good and it's service was also very poor. Over all it's not bad to stay for a short trip.
