Breakfast menu seems prepared half hearted.. had limited menu and food item like sabji poori (pretty common in North India) wasn't ready at 9 AM. Room was clean but pillow cover had stains.. so rating this property poor

We had a wonderful stay at Five Elements, Haridwar with my family. We booked 3 rooms, and everything was just perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the ambiance was peaceful, and the staff was very courteous. The food was absolutely awesome – fresh, tasty, and felt like home-cooked meals. Overall, a super good experience! Highly recommended for a peaceful and spiritual getaway with family.

Room Service was terrible, the property is new but fan and AC not working properly. Washroom was not cleaned

Reached haridwar late at around 1130 pm just randomly booked in mmt as it suggested new property Stay was very comfortable we checked in late at night , breakfast was included in package amazing breakfast comfortable rooms safe and secure stay with family . We booked a Deluxe room, and the booking photos clearly showed a folding sofa. However, upon check-in, the room lacked this sofa, and we were not provided with an alternative extra mattress.

I booked for one night for my family. we went there by car. The road was blocked, there is no access to reach the hotel by car. I immediately put a request for a refund on mmt. If the hotel doesn't have the facilities or the road is blocked. MMT should have mentioned it while booking.

At the time of check-in, there was no water bottle in the room, but the staff insisted that a bottle had been placed there before check-in, so you had to pay for it.
