HOTEL DWARKADHISH

Intercom inside the room was not available. Room size was very small and There was no space to move around the bed though side tables placed both sides of bed due to wrongly cupboard placement. Frequent power supply failure so unable to operate air conditioner though inverter supply was available for fan & lights. Car parking was not available inside hotel premises and car was parked road side. No night bulb available inside hotel premises. Toilet exhaust fan was not operable and condition . Hotel staff behaviour was good

Property location near main road.Food was ok.but reception staff is lazy...

Poor service.. we asked for soap multiple times but no response and food served half cooked ,salty and tasteless when complained then served again

On road property easily find location. Good staff food quality is good. Overall my experience in the hotel is good.

I reached at hotel around 18:50, but no one was there on reception to get me checked in. Had waited for more than 30-40 mins. Then called mm t for help. It was really frustrated after a long journey from delhi.

Very poor hotel

Average experience. Only 1 towel for family, and refusel when asked for extra. Dirt in room, and the stains on bed sheet.

Hotel is ok not good because there is no blanket etc available in the room no regulal water and glass was unhygienic otherwise staff is ok and when we enter in the room its was not mobbed and washrooms was unhygienic. Kindly look into the matter

Location is about 8km from hear ki puri, but easily accessible, room service is poor, rooms, washrooms, services, ambience needs improvement, prices are higher than service

Room services is very poor and there is no hygiene. You need to ask for soap and hand wash gel. Bedsheets and pillow are very dirty

Hotel was good but not worth for money spent. Staff were cooperative but property is old.

Hotel is overall good but i didn't like their cleanliness and their food (no dining restaurant only kitchen. They don't have private/reserved parking space. Their tv, ac remote and some of the room lights did not function and staff doesn't bother about it even if you complain.
