Shree Radha Heritage House

Stayed at Radha Heritage — overall, it was a decent experience. The stay was comfortable and the staff were cordial. However, the room had a slight smell when we entered, and the food was not so great. Both can be improved.

My stay at Shree Radha Heritage House was amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the check-in was smooth, and my room was clean, spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The restaurant added to the relaxing experience, with delicious food and a great breakfast selection. What stood out most was the outstanding service—every staff member was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about guest satisfaction. The atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious, making it a perfect place to unwind. I left feeling refreshed and would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone seeking comfort and quality hospitality.

This Hotel is superb and this was my 2nd visit to this hotel in the last 6 months with my Family and stayed for 2 days. I want to give this hotel 5 Star ⭐ rating. Location-Excellent Staff: Very Supportive Staff ( Ansari Ji, Harish ji and all others) Food Quality: Superb Car parking space is available. The stay was very comfortable and I want to recommend this Hotel.

very bed experiance, no customer service executive was able to address the concern. will book the tickets dir ctly from airline portal now. since when I was in trouble MMT gave me excuses only no one was bothered to address the concern.

Pros: Location is 50mt from main road in a Gali or Street . Rooms are good and neat and clean. Cons: The good quality is wrost. They don't care to clean your room everyday, after ur request they wl do. Staff response is very very poor. Our Car was stuck for the whole day in the hotel as some JCB work was going on whole day in front of the hotel,upon asking the staffs told that they were not informed earlier on the said work and road blockage.

Amazing Stay. Must stay hotel in Haridwar .feels like 4 star or 5 Star hotel. Not far from Har ki pauri.

The road to hotel might get confusing as the local authorities have barricaded the u-turns but a quick call to the hotel was all we needed to aid us. The staff is quite co-operative and polite. My family was very comfortable for their stay.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were neat and tidy. Even the washrooms were clean and hygiene was taken care of. The reception desk people were quite helpful and the entire booking process was made seamless. Keep up the good work!

It’s on Rishikesh Haridwar highway road, walkable distance from main road, comfortable stay for travelers looking for average value with basic facilities, 8 AM morning we ordered tea for me & milk for child, they denied for take the orders , after 9:30 AM they should take a order for milk & tea , isn’t it joke ? because of buffet breakfast is ongoing, they need to work on cleanliness too,

Pathetic parking management. I was made awaken early at 3:50 am to adjust my car to some other place so that other guest can check out. Really disappointed and will not book again
