The hotel did not let me check-in when I reached hotel as the room was not ready it was complete mess and they asked me another 30-40 minutes to get the room ready. I walked out from the hotel and checked in to different hotel. I have also raised the request with MMT for the refund which is still unresolved. Not happy with MMT as well as hotel. Had a pleasant stay and good service. It was clean and faced no problem. Room was spacious and ac worked well.

Wonder how it is in list of mmt. Do thy have some standard or just to earn by anyway. Terri le stay, no bathroom accessories, parking under flyover, trangle shaped hotel and entry. No food. Oh my god. Prices are like 3star. Do not recommend this type of hotels. Hope mm t will make up its standard.

One of the ghatia hotel i have ever seen in my life rooms are dirty wifi not working bathroom lock nai lag-ta tea cattle kharab tv not working agar aap kahenge ki kyu nai chal rah a toh wo kahenge ki network issue hai kal chal raha tha dint stay at this hotel auro price baht high hai. Room chhote

Rooms are average with clean bed and clean bathrooms but you will find soap dispensers empty. Power fluctuations restaurant serves tasty food but you will have to wait for long and by the time the next batch arrives you will have your hunger killed already. I would advise them to do a buffet rather than ala-carte as it was hard for them to manage.

Hotel is 10 min away from haridwar station, the room is spacious, clean. The staff were very helpful and good. Definitely worth it one must prefer this hotel as it's nearby to most spots

Room was too small even unable to move. Window side person had to jump on bed to come out. We are 70 years old had a great difficulty. It was just like a single bed room. Resturant service was not available in the rooms. No tea was provided. No parking space available
