25 to 29 October 2025. Room phone didn't work for 4 days, Wi-Fi never worked. Bathroom hot water took 5 to 10 minutes wasting 10 buckets of water everyday. Wash basin tap didn't have strainer, splashing water outside and wasting water as well. Bathroom mat, hand towels were required to be asked to get. Room key didn't work daily, requiring activation daily at reception, forcing me to go back to reception when I go to the room. No information about hotel and restaurant in the room. Breakfast off course was good.
