I gave 4 stars for Hotel's infrastructure, room space and design, bathroom, restaurant, food, etc. The only issue was that room service was not very prompt as we would had to wait for half an hour to more than an hour for every service request. Rest everything was good.

DLS park grace was absolutely beyond my expectations. Rooms were really nice and clean. Checkin was quick so did the checkout. Staff was nice enough to understand that I was in a hurry and helped me throughout. Go for it if you want to have 5 star experience.

Property location was good. For the extra bed they were not having the actual bed just the mattress. The food was not good. I found a cockroach in paratha. The cleaning staff mis behaved with my family. Overall not a good experience.

It was a comfortable stay for our family. Hotel staff were polite, helpful and professional. Rooms were clean, washroom was clean but had a bit of foul smell. Food was a bit expensive, however we got few complimentary dishes for my kid 😄. Overall good experience.
