It was good 2 day stay but as per available facility over price hotel , Service was poor - same rate we can get Hyatt, however we booked this hotel considered new , breakfast was also okey with less item

Not felt valued to stay.
first of all we were check in late by 1 hr in spite of coming at 2:00 p.m. there was some gathering happening in the hotel so all the staff was busy there and no one bother to take care of us also they ask me Aadhar card for the registration but they have not return me back and I also forget it then after my checking out and I was about 50 km away from the hotel they called me that your Aadhar Card has been left at the hotel. now they will courier it. even for amenities I have to asked them to provide in room. not met the expectations though I adopt for map plan. there was no choice of food. it was prefixed with limited menu. felt like stay at budgeted hotel.

Overall stay was good. Nice rooms, courteous staff. But with MAP plant, food choice was limited. However the food was very tasty.

While it’s functional, it doesn’t stand out. **Amenities & Services:** The hotel offers good amenities—clean rooms, a well-maintained and decent overall facilities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. **Staff & Service:** The best part of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff at Pride Hotel are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to ensure your needs are met.
