Average Stay
Break fast not worth for money which they charged and plz remove the laundry service in amenities. They clearly said no laundry and ironing facelity. While entering the room feel bad smell. Otherwise ok. room service and food service ok.

Shanti Heritage [Haridwar]
The location was shared beforehand by the management so it was very easily accessible. All the amenities stated were available, just a little improvement is needed on parking and food pricing. Regardless of that everything was on point.

Poor Stay
No towel was provided in room. Denied dental kit. Charged money like 4 star hotel. Staff was not rude and behaving like they are guest and we are servant.

Excellent Stay At Perfect Stayz Shanti Heritage
I had a wonderful stay at Perfect Stayz Shanti Heritage. The hotel is located in a very convenient and peaceful area, close to main attractions. Room was spacious and was equipped with all basic amenities, staff was very courteous and polite. Also, I had an amazing breakfast, buffet was quite large and had several menu items. overall it was a very wonderful experience visiting this hotel, would definitely recommend it.
