Every thing was just amazing . Rooms and hotel itself was pretty clean with positive environment. Staff were humble enough to make the stay comfortable for us .

Horable experience with MMT. The hotel was good. but mmt services are horrible. I have booked the bigger room and paid for that but I had to accommodate in a small tiny room.

We stayed there for a night after coming back from a long travel from Joshimath, we chose this hotel as it was close to the railway station and we had early morning train to catch. They first allotted us a small room not the executive room, had no toiletries, no dustbin in bathroom and no table in the room, all the upholstery was torn and the cotton was coming out of the pillow after talking to the manager, we were tired hungry and had ordered the food and all this hassle just ruined all experience in in the meanwhile our food also got cold which we asked to reheat but they were reluctant to do that as well, the executive room is also not worth the price and they had no hot water to be provided for bath.

Comparatively new property which is nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are hygienic. At a very apt distance from hear ki pauri giving you some peace from the non stop honking. Food quality can be improved.

One night stay only. Good points 1. Hotel room was good, clean and new furniture. 2. Check in was smooth. Bad points 1. Pillow and blanket cover are dirty 2. Tv remote not working 3. House keeping staff not resolved my compliants. 4. Door card key not working and each time i need help from reception l.

Hotel staff is very unprofessional and abusive, they have master key for everyone, anyone can enter in any room, they will never accept their mistakes, one of they only care for staff, no service for the customers, please please don't waste your money here
