Le Grand Hotel

Stayed at Le Grand was quite satisfying as far as the staff behavior, the promptness of service and tea, food quality is concerned. The rooms are spacious and well cleaned. The upkeep of property needs attention , like, Washroom flush, exhaust fan. The small fridge kept in room was non functional. Elevator /Lift light was dim. The location of hotel is a plus point as situated on the main road and has branded showrooms at walkable distance. All major locations like Har ki Pouri , Harihar ashram , Bus Stand , Rly Station etc are well within reach on e-rickshaw which are easily available. Would prefer staying again.

Good experience..Ok in this budget.. Food quality good.This is my third time stay in this hotel.One more plus is near to market.Har ki paudi is about 4.5 km from here.

The staff members deserve special mention for being very helpful, kind, and attentive—they made the stay much smoother and more welcoming. On the other hand, I found the tea to be below expectations in terms of taste, and the food, while decent, was quite expensive compared to other hotels offering similar quality. This could be an area for the management to reconsider, as pricing plays a big role in overall guest satisfaction. Overall, my stay was positive thanks to the comfortable room, excellent location, and supportive staff. With some improvements in bathroom facilities, food pricing, and beverage quality, this hotel could provide an even better experience to its guests.

It was a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The ambience was excellent, with neat and clean rooms. The service was prompt and efficient, and the staff were very cooperative and courteous. Overall, it felt like a very safe and comfortable place to stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a working desk, and a modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's location was convenient, close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport.

pros: location, rooms cons: service(casual service),not provided dental kit (we had to ask them), could not provide breakfast which was complementary at 7:30 in the morning even if they had said they would.Sevice is a little slow and casual which needs to be developed.

The commode in room no. 107 was small and wall mounted. Very uncomfortable for a 89 year person. Commode should be floor mounted. Alternate

This is the best hotel in haridwar, location, food are good, rooms are neat and clean, staff is very humble and gentle

1) over price fooding 2) the lift wasn't properly clean 3) had an argument upon the room key which was kept at reception for room cleaning but the hotel management was denying it. Later, after watching the cctv footage, the hotel staff admitted that they had the room key.

The stay at haridwar was excellent in le grand hotel. Hotel staff and room facilities are excellent. Le grand is like home away from native place. I with my wife enjoyed the stay. Good spacious place with parking facility and good restaurant also.

Old property but nicely kept

Centrally located, very good market just outside hotel. Everything good. Good for family stay. We have not used restaurant as we don't take onion, so no comment on foods.

The location of this hotel is good. The room was not well maintained. Old design and musky room. Pure veg restaurant.
