Reception or help desk people have no manners to speak with customers. The hotel shows that they have their own parking but parking far from hotel and the customer has to proceed on E-riksha to hotel. Not worth at the cost they charging per night. Though rooms are good.

It was a fabulous stay with my family. Perfect market location with the ghats nearby. Main Har ki pauri is a bit far as per senior citizen perspective but it’s was decent. Also food was amazing.

we can say it is two star property

As per your suggestion we have checked it is four star property but it is not. They don’t have parking space even do not have any driver facility. Our car parked one kilometer far away from the hotel. It is very small property . They don’t have king size bed even. Our height is 5”8 and we are not able to sleep proper upon their given bed.

The staff working was excellent right from reception to the restaurant. The hotel was in very good condition and located near the Railway station and also not far from Har Ki Paudi. Whenever I get time to visit Haridwar again I would prefer to stay here.
