Lovely property, comfortable rooms.
The place was very well done with excellent interiors, the room was small but comfortable. The sofa at the edge of the bed was a very good choice. The upholstery looked new and the bedsheets were white like brand new. The food was average as the hotel catered to a largely wealthy audience, many times foreigners or NRIs visiting Haridwar.

The property interiors are tastefully done . Good quality is above par and must try the local delicacies . Mandua roti kulath ki dal , bhat dal . Particular mention of Sachin at front desk , amrit kaur , anjali , nalia, nacho at the restaurant . All of them were a complete delight at customer service Hotel interiors are tastefully done . Service is prompt . Exceptional service given by Sachin at front desk and Anjali , nalia nacho Amrit Kaur at the restaurant! Rooms are spacious and clean and access to the main highway to Rishikesh / Dehra sun

Good Stay
It was good. One problem was that the valet guy who took my car for parking left the headlights on and the battery got fully drained. It was not good and it was gross my irresponsible of the management to employ careless or a drunk driver. The room and breakfast were good. The staff was courteous more so at the restaurant

Rooms a very well designed. The attention to details is very good. The staff at the reception is courteous, but the people at the restaurant are not good because they are someone who played by the rules play by the book. They do not care or concerned about the guest services about the experiences taken impart to the guest . I would like to notify one of the incident where we were at the restaurant around 10PM , and we were not allowed to sit at the flavors restaurant because the waiter said that the order will take 20-30 minutes and we have to lock the restaurant by 10:30 so better you order here and we will send it to your room and then when we ate in our room that leave us with some dirty towels and then during the checkout, they were pointing out those dirty towels and then we explained the reason and we did not pay anything, but overall experience could have been better. If the restaurant staff can be a little bit courteous and they focus on the services part and not only on the infrastructure because the new hotels is really good. The cute corners are there. Rooms are very well maintained clean and lit, but all goes into the vain. As soon as these foods and beverages services comes. They are below the mark so that's all.

It was amazing experience staying there. This was my second stay at this hotel withing one year. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are neat and clean. I enjoy staying at Sarovar Portico. The location is also convenient and near to Har Ki Pauri. Highly recommended.
