Excellent Stay
My stay at DLS Park Hotel, Haridwar, was truly pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful environment to relax after a long day. The staff was very cooperative, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request, which made the experience even better. The hotel’s location on the main road is excellent, offering easy access to major attractions and local transport. Parking facilities were available and convenient for travelers with vehicles. Overall, DLS Park Hotel provides great value for money, good hospitality, and a satisfying stay. I would definitely recommend it to others.

DLS park grace was absolutely beyond my expectations. Rooms were really nice and clean. Checkin was quick so did the checkout. Staff was nice enough to understand that I was in a hurry and helped me throughout. Go for it if you want to have 5 star experience.

Very good hotel, rooms are well maintained and clean. Staffs are very polite and helpful, service is quick. Food is little over priced and they don't have many items available that are written on their menu.

Good Stay
Stay was good but food quality needs to improve. Salt use was too much in aloo and paneer paranthas... Also, there should be few hand towels in the room

Poor Stay
Property location was good. For the extra bed they were not having the actual bed just the mattress. The food was not good. I found a cockroach in paratha. The cleaning staff mis behaved with my family. Overall not a good experience.

Good and Comfortable Stay
It was a comfortable stay for our family. Hotel staff were polite, helpful and professional. Rooms were clean, washroom was clean but had a bit of foul smell. Food was a bit expensive, however we got few complimentary dishes for my kid 😄. Overall good experience.

Room was suggested by MMT, Location is best as it is very neat to Har ki Pauri and Rishikesh. Buffet breakfast was good, Staff behaviour and Room amenities are good

the room is ok but the restaurant of the hotel only open till 11 pm and then 8 am which is highly pathetic

Poor Stay
very Poor service, we booked a room for triple occupancy, check in at 8:45 pm. at 9:45 we asked for an extra bed, we were tired and wanted to sleep. after asking so many times they provide extra bed at 11:30 pm. no complimentary water bottles given, they said they provide only RO water in rooms for complimentary. breakfast was provided with very limited options..... no fruits, no coffee, no salad... The stay was not worthwhile.

Above 4 rating was misleading.
The hotel needs sincere training for front office staff. There was no polite smile at the reception. They did not even bother to offer a glass of water upon arrival. They denied cold water as it was over. Extra towels were provided after 7th reminder. Serious dearth of staff at the hotel. There was not even a guard at gate. YOU GAVE IT above 4 RATING AND MARKED IT AS RECOMMENDED PROPERTY BY YOU. IT ACTUALLY DESERVE ONLY 2-3 RATING.
