It is heritage building with appropriately done up rooms. Food was tasty, services were good.

Location amazing,food superb, hospitality fascinating.Entire staff was fully professional and was ready to help us with a big smile.Their smiling nature we loved a lot.They informed us everything on time and they was so keen to check on us that we don’t miss anything eg Aarti, Ganga view while sun was setting

The property is at a great location. It's a wonderful property for someone looking at slightly quieter place away from the hustle and bustle of Haridwar Main market. It's very neat, very clean, a slightly old architecture, so very spacious also, the veranda, rooms, etc. Everything is very spacious. Staff is very nice. Cordial. doesn't have all the amenities of five property. Some of the amenities would be missing, but that's that's okay. The rest of the features of the property compensates for that. a good property for a quiet stay, at Haridwar.

Staff was well trained, property and rooms are well maintained and the food at the restaurant was good!

the room has a horrible stench. the room service was extremely polite but even though they gave us another room, it also had a bad smell. I felt that the photographs are better than the actual rooms.

Stay was ok but they went against the booking and wrongly accommodated us with some deluxe room where we selected supreme deluxe with private ghat access rooms. Food was expensive but couldn’t maintain simple basic standard to use good quality material. Not satisfied with the services as compared to the price they charge

Hotel is very excellent. Its just at ganga ghat. It has its own ganga ghat where one can bath, do aarti, do meditation. Rooms are pleasant. Food is satwik. Overall 10/10 marks

Location of the property is perfect, away from the hustle & bustle of haridwar with exclusivity of a separate ghat for the guest. Food is average but the staff is very friendly and cordial. Thx to the lady on the front desk for helping in early check in and ever smiling sourabh. Rest of the staff is equally well trained.

The location is nice, the ghat of the hotel is also good. Service is not upto the mark. Food is average and their breakfast starts at 8 am and if you have an early check out, nothing other than tea is available even at 7. 30 am. Even after being assured by the reception, my breakfast was not packed. The service staff is not well versed. The tv was not working and the rooms are a little cold.

The staff is very polite and helpful always, food is great and taste like home made food. Private ghat access is very safe with direct sunlight. Overall a peaceful stay always

Location: very near to hear ki paudi, yet away from the crowded ghats. Situated in the same lane as pilbhit, ekaanta. Can be reached by car or auto property: a beautiful heritage property, which has its own charm. Quiet & surreal. Best part is that the hotel has its own ghat, with a small shiv mandir @ the banks of the river room: there 3 kind of rooms available- room with roadside view, room with ganga view & suites with ganga view. I had stayed for a night in the sagar suite which is one of a kind in the entire property. Very spacious suite having an old world vibes to it. There are no two words about the room. Beautiful bed, big bathroom, changing room, huge windows facing the balcony overlooking river ganga. Only improvement required is the outer mesh door which can close suddenly food: purely satvik food is served here, which is freshly prepared on order. But i found the prices a bit expensive. Nevertheless i ate all my meals in the hotel itself as it was homely without excess masala or oil. Idli in the breakfast needs to be improved. Front desk: ekta in the front desk helped me a lot in the booking process. I had infact booked for a non-river view through make my trip. But on understanding my expectations, she upgraded to the suite room(with of course extra charge. Sourabh from the front desk helped me plan my itinerary. I found everyone from the reception to the restaurant staff, security very helpful. Summary: definitely one of a kind hotel in haridwar. If u are planning to stay for a night or two, i would recommend the river facing rooms(will fit in the budget. If its going to be a long stay, it may not be budget friendly. If budget is not a factor, this is going to be one of a kind experience in haridwar. There are many other properties offering the same experience @unimaginably high prices, which is definitely not worth it.

Nothing like heritage or 4 star property small rooms, each & everything was asked to repair after check in

This is a really beautiful property just beside Ganges. My parents stayed there for 2 days. Room amenities are top notch and breakfast is also very tasty. This place is around 2 kilometers from Railway station. Overall definitely recommended 👌 😌.
