I had such a great stay experience here! The breakfast variety on offer was brilliant – from fresh fruit and baked goods to hearty hot dishes, there was something for everyone. Everything tasted fresh and was beautifully presented, which made it feel extra special. The service was equally impressive; Shoumen in particular went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, with a friendly and attentive approach that really stood out. it was a pleasant stay at Regenta Orko's haridwar. Everything was great, great hospitality . Neat & clean rooms, good food. Staff was very helpful & cooperative & helpful thanks, Mr.Pradeep, rajat & bhuwan. It was a great stay The food was delicious, and the room service was perfect. The housekeeping staff was very helpful.

Average Stay
This was our 4th stay in this hotel, but this time we were very disappointed , room was smelly even i got headache due to that strong smell (dampness & moisture ), thou the staff came twice to spray the freshner , but wasnt satisfied.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always available whenever needed, which made the experience very comfortable. Amazing rooms food and staff
We stayed 2 days at this hotel. They gave us packed breakfast for an early morning start of the day and was very kind to accommodate all of our requests. The food tasted amazing , chef accommodates all the special requests even if not on the menu. The staff and hotel folks were very gentle and kind. The breakfast buffet for the second time we stayed was very filling and tasted amazing.

Poor Stay
Bathroom has no ventilation, not even have handwash. They provided soap for handwash which was very unhygienic. Also, the bathroom size was very less. Hospitality: They charge a bisleri bottle of 1 Ltr at 99 rupees (MRP - 20 rupees). Not sure why they're tagging themselves as 4 star hotel

Poor stay
First of all hotel is not deserving for 4 star. It should be 2 star according to me. Food quality is very bad. After multiple instructions they included some variety in breakfast. Dinner items was very terrible. Everywhere peculiar smell was there which comes from damp. So, that was another negative impact. Ergonomics problem in room accessories.
