Property is at good location. Cleanliness is substandard. Towels were torned and dirty, were changed after down to the staff. Toiletries were kept in bottles which were in good condition. Linen also need to be upgraded as stains can be seen. Because of Humidity there is a continuous smell in the room . Hotel Staff is very cooperative.

Good Stay
Location was in the city close to the Ganges. Breakfast was good as that was the only meal we had here. Basic amenities and clean room and bathroom. Services were good and welcoming staff. overall a good stay.

I enjoyed the stay in Arjun Hotel, Haridwar. very conveniently located. Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are good and cooperative.One staff, Mr. Hem Chand helped me to get my dress to Laundry in time. The food quality in Restaurant, PRASADAM is excellent, tasty and hygienic. Though the restaurant opens at 8 AM, they provided breakfast at 7.30 AM. So I recommend this hotel for beautiful stay.

This hotel boasts a convenient location, is very well-maintained, and impeccably clean. The major downside is the policy prohibiting guests from visiting the rooms, which we found very problematic. The food was also average and could be greatly improved.
