Terrible Stay
It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The Google Maps location was incorrect — the hotel is actually on the service lane, but the directions said to keep going straight for another 10 km. When I called the hotel, the staff gave unclear instructions. The room door lock (Room 215) didn’t work properly. Breakfast was disappointing — the waffles were burnt, the parathas too spicy, sandwiches dry, and the bakery items stale. The towels in the room didn’t smell fresh. The staff was far from welcoming. There was a loud function in the open area during the morning, making it impossible to rest. At breakfast, I asked the staff to handle the mosquito issue, but no one bothered. When I requested a feedback form at checkout, they told me to leave feedback online and didn’t even inform the manager. Overall, a completely useless experience.

Good Stay
Staff very polite. Food quality has improved greatly. Rating for Food 10/10. Toilets need to be refurbished on an urgent basis. This last factor has pulled down my rating. Overall 8/10.

Decent property in haridwar. Food is tasty but overpriced. Some hit and misses like food in room service is not that good.

Terrible Stay
I planned to stay on 25 to 26th Oct but booked hotel for wrong date (24-25th Oct)by mistake and when I reached hotel staff confirmed that booking already past. So I booked but could not stay.

Worst experience ever, would suggest to not book this hotel. Fake good reviews on google. Pathetic staff, not worth the price they charge. Arrogant staff, try avoid staying there during your visit

Right from the moment we arrived, the front office team welcomed us with such politeness, warmth, and professional attitude that we instantly felt comfortable and at home. Their courteous approach set the tone for a wonderful stay. We stayed in Room 320 (23rd-24th August,25) with my wife and daughter, and since it was my daughter’s 6th birthday, the experience became even more special. The atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail made the celebration unforgettable. A heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping team for maintaining the property and our room so beautifully. Everything was sparkling clean, well-arranged, and always refreshing to return to – their dedication truly added to the joy of our stay. The culinary experience at the Golden Mushroom In-house Restaurant deserves a special mention. Every meal was a premium delicacy – flavorful, well-presented, and absolutely mouthwatering. We had added breakfast, lunch, and dinner to our package, and it turned out to be a blessing – every dish felt like a treat made with love. A big shout-out to the F&B service team, especially Deepak & Neetu, for his remarkable service and attentiveness. Poor Stay
experience wasextremely bad..AC was not working inspite of request & reminder..also toilet sprinkler was broken. hot water supply was not available .. poor service at breakfast .. grilled sandwich was badly cooked and very expensive..paying 5000 + GST is not worthy.

Loved the expe
It was a good experience, the hospitality was good, and staff were very polite.. There is a staff named Shivam he is was very polite & helpful. There is a swimming pool which is very good for fun activity, nd many more facilities r there like GYM, Spa etc. I will definitely recommend this property for the stay.

Horrible Property. Avoid this at all costs!!
Absolutely Horrible. Our experience at this property was very very bad to say the least. Extremely Rude Staff at the reception at the time of check in, unwelcoming. The rooms alloted to us were in pathetic condition, had a stench, as if not opened and used in a long time. Cobwebs in the room and washroom. Wallpaper coming off the walls. Paint coming offf the washroom ceiling due to seepage. Door not closing properly. Exorbitant prices for poor quality food items. You name it. Please avoid this property at all costs. Dont go by some of the good reviews as we did, they are most likely fake and by the property itself.
