Very bad hotel and hospitality

room cleaning not good,check in time 12.50p.m, but I m reached 11.30am,check in waiting time..1.20 minute,bed sheet not change daily basis.t.v.,wifi,not in room,so my experience this trip in hotal very poor and disappoint

Property location was Ok-Ok, but the property is worst to stay. There was no cleanliness in terms of toilet, bed sheets and room. Pls think 100 times before booking this property...

The people were good and nice but the room lock was broken. And these rooms were in 8'8' not good

I visit lat saturday, the hotel’s room condition is very bad, bed sheet not washed properly smalling, door look not working very bad experience

Too much bad condition of rooms availed by hotel. Service quality was very bad

It's terrible experience at hotel. Wash room is worst than municipal public toilet.

The hotel smell bad, room were dirty, bed cover, pillow covers and even blanket was smelly and dirty. Washrooms were unclean. Staff was not supportive. Over all experience was very bad. Will not recommend to stay at that hotel to anyone.

The room was spacious, the location was good. The bedding was old hence the sheets looked unclean. Bathrooms were clean but had some issues with leaking pipes. No wifi and tv. Not worth rs. 3000- for a three person room. Average experience.

Worst hotel not even basic necessities like soap towel and ( faulty) ac. Even wardrobe was not in the room. I was amazed to see how make my trip is promoting such hotels @2400 rs per night. Very bad experience.

Cosy stay once a while it work

Hotel was not so clean. Bedsheet was dirty, washroom flush and washroom lock was not working properly. We asked them to change or room, they denied to get us another room.

Location was very good. Hotel staff was very cooperative. Food was ok. Need some improvement in toilet cleanliness. Else everything was ok. Air conditioning was average.

Poor bed sheets old as unclean bathroom.

Room bedsheet and blanket was not clean. Intercom phone to reception not working, have to go to reception again and again, very small room, toilet water jet broken, too many mosquitoes in the room, not satisfied as earlier experienced so good hotels through MMT. So therefore not up to mark

Great accommodation and good rooms with hygienic wash room.

Please try this place in budget category. Nice staff.
Overall a nice place to stay in economy category.

It was good stay, we stayed as a couple. Staff is so good, service is also good. But food was not good. If I come Haridwar, I would like to stay again.
