The hotel was good, spacious and comfortable. The pool was excellent. The breakfast was good as well. The wifi was not working that's the only thing which I found not ok

I have visited this hotel second time with due to good service at first time but this time disappointed with the service, food quality and all may due to less guests, but service should not be effected with no booking

Stay was just ok. The resort has a pool which was not well maintained. Staff is also slow and room was just ok. Bathroom was clean. Bed mattress are extra soft and bouncy. Food prep was also average not that great overall.

It was an average stay. There was smell in room. Swimming pool surrounding was not clean it was dirty. Changing room was also not clean. Food was ok.

Our stay at pin-aka was a delightful experience. The property was clean and the rooms well maintained. Courteous and helpful staff ensured further comfort. We would had appreciated more if they had a variety in their menu, especially breakfast. Repeated menu for breakfast with little variety was a down side we experienced. Overall a good and nice property and rooms!

Clean hotel with good food. The buffet was with less options, but quality of food was good. The swimming pool was well maintained.

It was great to be at this place, resort is good & rooms are nice & clean, we got an interconnected room as well for our family stay. Its away from hustle bustle of city, so choose this place if you want to be away from city crowd

I think make my trip give fake ratings for all hotels because in that particular trip all hotel booked by your app but all facilities not satisfied for your rating i think pols improve your rating thanks for my advice.
