Location is good. Good food and staff .few new dishes were intersting . Overall good experience.

It was a great experience, staying right at the banks of the mighty Ganga in a beautiful property. The room was great, the restaurant (Patio) had good food and great views. The buffet breakfast at Annapurna was good. Wntire hotel was clean and smelled beautiful. The staff was very helpful and courteous, especially Mr. Krishna Negi, the operations Manager. Special thanks to the porter who brought our luggage to and from the hotel.

A wonderful stay with a lot of comforts at a great central location in haridwar. Very hospitable courteous staff, sumptuous breakfast and dinner at the top floor. This was my third visit and would love to visit over and over again.

The food is very good and yes the human approach of the staff touches the heart. The location of the property is very beautiful and its cleanliness is also very good.

My stay at Ganga Lahari was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk who provided great recommendations for local attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and dinner, which offered a wide variety of options.

Stayed for 2 days, bhajan sandhya was best. Only bit disappointing part was room is advertised as ganga view but view was from shared corridor.

The hotel staff kept messaging and calling & messaging a lot on phone & WhatsApp. I was told to come to the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay vehicle parking area and from there someone would come to pick me up, especially a person who had called me. But when I reached there and called the staff on the same numbers that had contacted me earlier, they just kept redirecting me saying call this number or call that number. They ended up wasting my time unnecessarily. Eventually I had to come by myself and it was quite difficult because that parking area was quite far from the hotel. There is absolutely no coordination between the staff. Everyone just passes responsibility to someone else. Bed in the room wasn’t proper either. They had joined two small beds from the sides and there was a gap in between which was uncomfortable. Even the food wasn’t anything special. Honestly the only good thing about this hotel is that it’s located right next to the Ganga. Other than that nothing was really impressive.

My Mother and I had visited Haridwar for a two day trip and we stayed at Ganga Lahiri. It was a great stay on the bank of River Ganga. The hotel is located very close to Har Ki Pauri and you can have a full view of the river from the lobby. The hotel has been beautifullly developed at an old property but has all the modern amenities. The best thing about the hotel is its staff who are attentive and helping. I would really like to highlight the support and name of Mr Krishna Negi who ensured that we had a great stay. The breakfast buffet and the High Tea had amazing food and a great service. The hotel also arranged for us a Ganga Arti sitting on a paid basis and a whole day tour of all the important temples in Haridwar. Mr Amit Bajaj was with us during these visits. He really helped us in completing the Temple Visits with ease and comfort within a day which otherwise would have been a challenge. I would have given a perfect rating but there were just a couple of issues to note - Firstly, not all staffs are helpful and attentive and a couple of them would really ignore your request during the breakfast buffet / high tea (but they are a limited few). Lastly, the view of Ganga Aarti was great and initially everything looked wonderful but the local person sat a few rowdy people behind us and it really became a competition of pushing and pulling during the whole sitting. After making the whole payment, we would have expected atleast a peaceful sitting. It was overall a great stay and an excellent trip. A big shoutout to Mr. Krishna and Mr. Amit Bajaj for their support.

It was an excellent hotel, The food was tasty and too good , The location was good , har ki in front of the hotel , The morning flute session was so good , and the evening gitar session with dinner was so good.

Excellent and Comfortable Stay! We had an excellent and very comfortable stay. The hotel is located very close to Har Ki Pauri Ghat, which made our visit convenient and peaceful. Pick-up, welcome, and drop-off services were completely hassle-free. The dining experience was truly amazing—delicious food with great ambiance. All the staff members were extremely polite and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Suraj, who went out of his way to make our dining experience extra special. Highly recommended!

A peaceful and beautiful stay right by the Ganga! Hotel Ganga Lahiri offers stunning river views, clean and comfortable rooms, and is just steps away from Har Ki Pauri. The staff truly makes the experience exceptional — a special thanks to Mr. Ajit at the reception desk for his warm welcome and helpful nature, and to Upendraji, the ever-polite and attentive security personnel, who ensured we always felt safe and cared for. The food was delicious and purely vegetarian, and the complimentary transfers to the Ganga Aarti were a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Haridwar!

Pleasant stay, clean rooms, good food, location is very good, parking is also nearby only. So don't have to walk much.

This property is located right at the bank of Ganges. Har ki paidi is just a walkable distance . All rooms are Gange’s facing , so you can sit in gallery and have a positive vibes. Staff is very courteous and always ready to help . Food was very delicious , with ample variety of local and Indian flavours. Only issue is far parking.
