Location - 💯 right at the centre hospitality - below average Rooms keeping - Average Food - excellent Bathroom. - smelly

We booked 2 bedroom room facing Har Ki Pauri. If distance to Har ki Pauri is top concern only then I will recommend this one. Room noise is very high due to regular announcement on Hari ki Pauri. Standard breakfast.

The location was very good and it was very near to har ki pauri. There is a roof top restruant which offers good food along with great view of Ganga Ghats. The room size is little small. The staff members behaviour was very good

The Pillows underneath the pillow cases were old and looked very old and sweat marks on them - The Geezer unfortunately leaked right on me when sitting on the Toilet - There was no room service for my three nights until I brought it up with reception downstairs and they got the room cleaned- My bathroom was very dirty. With sand still on the floor. The hotel staff however at all times were very warm, friendly, hospitable and helpful - They moved me into a new room on my last night as the lock on my rooms door was broken and the door could not be kept closed.

I have booked 3 rooms for my family. Rooms are not clean at all. Water not draining fast in the bathrooms. TV not working. Room key (electronic) malfunction. Only location is the advantage, nothing else

Not at all recommended for family although location is good. Amenities not at all good. Service too much pathetic

Just opposite Har ki pouri, Divine experience close to Ganga. The place is crowded but if one want to stay in calm place then should avoid booking hotel in this locality

Hotel location is excellent, as it's in the front of Har Ki Podi. we can see the view of Holy Ganga ji river from Hotel and Room also. staff is very cooperative.

Location is excellent. This was my second stay at the reverent ganga. As already said location is excellent. Rooftop restaurant is also wonderful.

Property location is ok but facilities are very poor. In pics hotel rooms look big but in real they are very small. Prices are high. I booked my stay with breakfast n breakfast timings are from 9-11 am. But it's 9:15 am am nobody is in the restaurant. I asked reception to provide breakfast but they are also very casual in approach. I am not at all happy with the hotel in terms of facilities. Mmt need to check hotels before promoting them.

I paid amounts included breakfast but hotel didn't provide me. I want my money refund for breakfast

Enjoyed my stay at The reverent ganga Hotel Haridwar. I requested some Birthday arrangements which they did beautifully. Property is good, Food is Delicious. Dinner had many options, breakfast could have been better. Staff were very helpful and Friendly. Thanks to the hotel staff and Team. Bring more people to enjoy because apart from the great hotel, there is nothing much to do nearby. Cheers.

Our group stay at The reverent ganga was beyond our expectations ,having everything we could wish for. Anuj thakur at Reception Desk manager was efficient and cordial going above and beyond to look after our needs. He's definitely an asset to the hotel. Buffet breakfast and dinner was delicious with a variety of options. Live ganga aarti and mountain after dinner made evenings more pleasurable and quite an experience. Rooms overlooking the Ganges were quite spacious and clean. It was priceless being able to watch sunrise from the enclosed rooftop every morning. All the staff members including hotel staff were all attentive to our group making our stay a memorable experience. I definitely recommend this hotel to others planning a trip to Haridwar and would definitely be back for a longer stay

very friendly staff and even the owner , we had a great time over there I went with my grandparents they enjoyed ganga aarti without any hustle , the hotel has lift as well as a rooftop restaurant,super convenient and one of the best places to stay in haridwar and enjoy the ganga view with great food and cleanliness 👍👍👍👍

The property was at a prime location with ganga arti view great for people who wants to avoid unneccesary crowd and enjoy 4 star hotel experience they also have a rooftop with delicious taste , everybody was so friendly and helpful had a great stay at reverent ganga ❤️🎊👍👍👍🥳🥳🥳🥳

Poorest hotel stay experience till date. Worst services. The water heater doesn't even work and the overall hygiene is pathetic. The services are taking all day long to just provide with water. A zero star property, highly not recommended.

The only best thing is that its very near to hear ki paudi. Our room that was booked got changed as they said someone else has booked it. The other room provided had a broken water tap in bathroom. No cold water. And in another room, there was no hot water. The power outlet swtiches didnt work. The towels were not too clean.

Food and location for ganga snan are good.

the rooms were near and clean, property is just next to har ki pauri main ghat and so is very convenient. staff is very soft spoken and very helpful

Room was not as per site. Full of seepage. For change of room had to pay extra. Restaurant staff was not professional as could not get a cup of tea at 10 pm in restaurant. Staff replying order for tea cannot be placed at dinner time but could see them serving tea to other local guest known to them
