Rooms good but needs some modify like washroom are too small need some repairs

Ganga Basin Hotel, Haridwar is an average hotel, however the location and the view of the river Ganga is mesmerizing. The distance from hotel to ghat is hardly 50m. One can sit on the terrace and look over the view.

Hotel staff closed their gate at 10pm from inside. I was out for dinner. And no one was there on reception. I called reception several time. But no one picked up the call. Then i went to a nearby hotel to get contact num of any ganga basin staff. It took almost 1 hours 30 min in the night Stay was good. But staff was worst. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Suffocated room only having ganga view otherwise not look lyk worth it … no exhaust fan in washroom .. smelly blankets

Wonderful location, decent rooms, near to Har ki pauri. Staff was helpful. Good for family.

The hotel is very near to Har-ki-Pauri and rooms are ganga view. View is too good. Rooms are big in size. But it is very difficult to reach the hotel. Rickshaw from Bhimgoda is not available all times and you will get no help from the hotel. You have to carry your luggage to reach your hotel or to the point where cab is available.

The view of the property is mesmerizing. One can enjoy the scenic beauty of mighty ganges from the terrace itself. The ghat is also adjacent for holy dip.

This stay has some pros and cons . View is awesome when you go on terrace, you may not proper sleep because it’s near to Ganga ji , so lots of sound coming from in room . Also I found some cleaning issue . This hotel doesn’t have parking so you may need to park your vehicle other side of pavan deep parking which charging 120 rs for 8 hours. Also after parking hotel doesn’t provide any service to take any luggage to the hotel you have to carry out all you belonging to the hotel .

It was such a great experience...the view from the hotel was breathtakingly beautiful..the hotel did not have a restaurant but just in front of it you can find it..or just walk to the market for 5 mins lots of restaurants you'll find...a five star stay we had...

location..... nothing can beat the view that u get from their rooms and balcony....it's amazing food...there is no food available...u will have to eat outside or get online tea...they will get u from outside services....well if u have trouble climbing stairs then take the ground floor room..services are ok ..they are very polite... however few things needed....kettle..tea coffee self arrangement should be there winter season....room heater is required.. rest I found our stay super enjoyable...

It's a very nice and safe place to stay in. I and my mother stayed in the room no 103. I shall definitely recommend this room no 103 . The view is absolutely stunning. It lives up to the images available on the internet. I must mention that the stuffs are amazing. I requested them for an early check in. They were kind enough to do early check in. If you want to stay near Har Ki Pauri and experience the beauty of maa Ganga,you must stay in this hotel. This may not be very fancy hotel but it will give you peace and immense happiness.

Good hotel, good food quality, good behavior.

The hotel was average but the location is very good. Could have more stars if they maintain more cleanliness. Blankets are very dirty. But location wise i have to give 10/10

Hotel is in good location but hotel manager is very arrogant. I requested for early check and even owner of the hotel has accepted it. But when i entered at 4am, the manager told me to alot room after 11am only and upto that need to stay at reception with family and little kid.

Nice property with excellent location, rooms are having great access to see the ghanta ghar and har ki pauri from balcony and rooms, separate way for going to ganga is very near, good property location with excellent view.

It was nice trip. Taking holi dip at ganga river. Watching night live aarti. Hotel is located at bank of river ganges. A picturesque location.

location is ok but room was not good. bathroom terrible. room no. 3.not good to stay in this room strictly.

Hotel staff behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. They were completely ignorant towards the nature of hospitality. All they did was argue and answer back to the customer. And as for the hotel room, bathroom was very unclean and smelly. The location of the hotel was fine but the blotch on the reputation were the staff members.
