Hotel Ganga Darshan at Har ki pauri

very poor service denied to provide water bottles no toiletries AC was not working , No ventilation at all in the rooms , very suffocaed . used and dirty bed sheets, pillow covers .

Ganga darshan hotel is very bed no hot water no tv no service and room is very bed i paid extra 2000. 00 therefore i advice to make my trip this hotel to delete your trip

Not happy

I paid a good 7600- for a room for 3 ppl on make my trip. The property although close to hear ki pauri, had bad rooms, dirty laundry and room, poor washroom. No basic toiletries were provided. No parking facility on weekends, had to park nearly 2. 5 kns away. Rooms stink. All in all a very bad xperience.

The only good thing i found regarding ganga darshan is that it's close to hear ki pauru. The rooms are average or below average. There is no lift facility although they insist to provide room on third floor. Tv was not working in my room. Ac was fixed at 16 degree and no remote control was provided. Either it is to be run on 16 degree or switched off. Flush in the washroom stuck couple of times. Room service was average as sometimes they attend and sometimes ignore. Items such as towels and bedsheets were old and not in good shape. In short they are expensive to what they are providing in service.

2. We were allotted room at 2nd floor ignoring our request as weare 70years old. Room allotted 203 stinking badly washbasin water was leaking during use bedsheets were not changed pillows and its cover were stinking there was no plug to charge mobile even

Just near hear ki paudi safe for girls hygienic

the hotel is overpriced. no cleanliness, cockroaches all over. furniture very old. no breakfast no food whatever was available was of very low quality. no intercom geyser not working toilet conditions very bad

I booked a stay for one night for my elderly parents and they had a nightmare. They were made to wait for a long time for check in and then given a room which was not ready for stay. Dirty washroom, stained washbasin, torn chairs, broken table, spotted blankets, no kitchen services not even a single cup of tea. Very poor experience

Stayed at hotel ganga darshan with spouse. Nice staff. Very good service. Ganga mandir is 100 meter from hotel.

Great location and spacious room.

We paid a high amount for a normal room. Property was very old. Dampness in walls. Cockroaches seen. Ants roaming. Just for a ganga view one cannot compromise such critical aspect that too when staying with a small kid. I would not recommend a stay there for a amount of 1800.

We have booked 2 triple sharing room that room was awesome with river view. Location in the market area it was good for us.

Should give priority on basic facilities

I will not say hotel is bad but they can do better. They have no kitchen and they don't bother quality standard.

Room service is ok and location wise for old age people hear ki paudi is just few steps away
It was ok and average stay the only good thing is view of gangaji is excellent

Rooms were dirty. Washrooms too. View was moderate. But you can get better view with clean rooms in other hotels.
