It's not exactly a hotel, the property is based inside a residential gated colony. it's not properly maintained and even the service wasn't very professional. the food delivered through room service wasn't properly cooked. Hot water was only available in the morning hours.

AC not working, TV not working, remotes not working, food not good, paid water, seems no one comes there

Hotel was not properly maintained. AC was not functioning properly, we had to argue to room changed to working AC room. No Intercom . You need to go to reception to ask toiletries or any other work. Dirty sofa, Balcony not opening endless issues

The room wasnt upto the mark . It wasnt cleaned at all , they tried giving us a room wch wasnt cleaned at all . The bedsheet was dirty , after I told the receptionist .. it was then they cleaned it . The Telephone wasnt working ... so overall I came to the conclusion that I will never book my room again in this property for sure .

At the time of checking room was not cleaned properly also the AC was not working after 1 hour room changed. Where 1 siling fan is also not working. The room service phone is also not working. In the morning breakfast food items are not hot and 1 bread omlette charged in complementary breakfast. Totally dissatisfied with the service of the hotel. This is a question of accommodation provided by the MMT. My family suffered a lot being all genuine reasons.

I don't like the hotel...hotel needs cleanliness and hygiene...even the staff needs that..the room was horrible..and smelly...water supply was not perfect ..and my door was being knocked by anyone again and again in the early morning 5.00 am..very disturbing stay

The telephone is not working and water is not enough for 2 people. When i went on the ground floor to order water, no one came to the room to bring water

Good place to stay for a shirt duration. It’s located inside a gated society so great from safety point of view. MotiMahal Deluxe is attached to it so food is sorted. Rooms are spacious and clean. The receptionist/ attendant is courteous and helpful.

Basic cleanliness was concern like not proper clean bed Ajeets n blanket cover though they changed on request

The worst experience ever. The rooms and bedsheets were too dirty, specially the sofa that they have given along with the Grand king room

our stay was very pleasant... we have been coming here from last 4 years and the experience has always been very nice. the staff is very polite and humble . the ambience is superb.. spacious rooms and the food is also delicious should definitely check out

Food quality was good, room was neat and very spacious, view was very good with a sun facing balcony

I am very disappointed with this hotel. Unfortunately, i found the food quality to be very poor, and the room service did not live up to expectations. Also, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the premises, and the door to my room did not close properly, causing me a lot of inconvenience.

The property is on the main haridwar rishikesh dehradun highway. Well located and convenient for those wanting to stay overnight or visit haridwar. The rooms are large but not well maintained. Housekeeping is poor, and the room and toilet was not clean. The linen is of poor quality. There was no tea coffee maker till asked for. It took a few hours and a couple of reminders to get it.

Ambience of rooms was not up to the mark, staff is cooperative, but food quality is not poor its worst. Both during dinner and b. Fast. Restaurent is running under name of moti mahal deluxe. And ruining its prestige

Pros 1. The room was quite big. 2. The location was on highway 3. Car parking was great. Cons 1. Less cleanliness in the room there was a leftover food plate in the wardrobe. 2. There was lot of dust in the room
