Very Very Bad Experience I Would Suggest No one to visit dis property as the picture shown on the website are totally different of what I saw physically.. Walls are full with damps and cielen all over the room.. Very Unhingenic place..

Very thrilled with Sukoon’s service and amenities. Lovely stay with a beautiful view. Spacious rooms, great food as well as their services are excellent.

Dinner and breakfast is not served in correct manner. It is very delayed and cooking is not correct.

It’s a very small property and lacks hygiene. It’s so small that you couldn’t even walk outside your room after meal. Positive thing about the place is spacious room. (They are hygienic and good) Courteous and helpful staff. Staff deserves an applause for trying their best in worst conditions too. Food tastes like home (if available without flies); restaurant area is so small that you can’t sit or stand without disturbing table behind you. If you want a home like stay (but less hygiene) it’s good. But if u expect a hotel or resort like place then consider rethinking. Stay was overpriced.

The location is terrible. The staff is not at all cooperative nor accommodating. On one the websites they say it’s about 1 km from Har Ki Podi but u fact it’s over 5 kms from Har Ki Podi. No taxi services they provide only an auto, they say it’ll take only about 10 mins but the fact it takes over 30-35 mins to reach Har ki Podi for aarthi or darshan. Total mismatch . Don’t get fooled by just the pictures. It’s not a ghat view or Ganga view. The hotel is just a little over a year and so the fittings are new else the rooms are also not very functional. The food on the menu is not served. The restaurant opens only at 8am. In any case you order food for be prepared to wait for a good hour or more.

"Wonderful Stay by the Ganga River!" I had a truly memorable experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — Ganga River is right at the back with easy access. The food was delicious with a great variety of dishes, freshly prepared and full of authentic flavors. The service was equally impressive — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The serene ambiance, combined with top-notch hospitality and the spiritual atmosphere of the nearby ghat, made this stay truly special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Its not a resort. Its like an Air bnb. They dont have parking in the hotel. Car gets parked at a different location

Location was worse infront of hotel their was slums no parking ,Ac was not working walls were chirped very bad experience hospitality was very bad private ghat has no safety !! Overall not a good stay at sukoon

The hotel offers ganga view rooms, which truly lived up to their name, offering a breathtaking view of mama ganga. The peaceful atmosphere and beauty of the surroundings added so much to the experience. Whether from the comfort of my room or the lovely resturant, the views were nothing short of spectacular.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at sukoon by the ganges, located right by the serene hear ki paudi, and i must say it was an unforgettable experience! from the moment i arrived, the service was exceptional. After parking the car for check-in, a porter immediately arrived to assist with carrying my luggage to the hotel, a thoughtful and convenient touch that made the whole arrival process smooth.

Superb hospitality. All other premium hotels should learn from these guys as how to take care of customers. They really understand the needs. The staff was super polite and they will give best of the advice. Perform ganga aarti also

Great hotel, lovely views of ganga ji from the windows in the corridor just outside the ganga ji facing rooms. Staff have been trained very well and are very courteous, helpful. Ganga ji facing rooms are very spacious, very comfy beds, big bathroom, good shower. Towels can be borrowed for ganga ji dip. Dinner near river, awesome views of ganga ji and the delicious food is an experience we will never forget!

Excellent hotel right on the bank of haridwar. Absolutely neat and clean and very well maintained. Breakfast is good. The patio on the third floor serves authentic food. Cordial behavior of the staff makes the guests happy always. Enjoyed staying here. The approach road, however, needs to improve. Authorities need to think of some kind of electric vehicle to bring guests back and fro from the parking area.
