Staff members behaviour is So Good but facilities not satisfactory

very nice stay. staff is very responsive and helpful and overall it's good and lacking sometimes they take more time in providing services

Very disappointed with AppMakeMatrip. We only wanted to change the dates of our stay — not a refund — but their customer support was completely unhelpful. We stayed in the same room at the same hotel and paid for three nights (one extra night, two nights were already paid), but they didn’t support us at all with the date adjustment. Such poor service is not expected from a trusted booking app. We will think twice before using this platform again.

Room service is very poor, you will have to keep on calling but they won't respond, lot of mosquito in the room.

housekeeping was not picking up phone. i had to call reception 3 time get water bottle. this was frustrating

Horrible stay experience at Lakshay this time. For everything you have to call 10 times, e.g. a basic things like towel or water in room. And I wasn't the only one complaining at reception..many more were dissatisfied.

food is much below average bathroom not clean, towels were old and worn out.. location ok but very poor amenities

Really fantastic stay, very nice and supportive staff, be it at the front desk, breakfast/ dinner or room service etc. In all it was a very comfortable and no hassle stay at lakshyas, haridwar.

All services are good, the room is very clean and all the hotel staff are very supportive, Restaurant food and buffet services is good

Room was clean and neatly done up. The hotel staff were quite helpful. Food was also nice. Ample parking space available at the hotel.

my bookin for 21june 2024,our experience was very bad,in rooms beding was durty, service wasvery bad,bathroo not clean,food also not good, I will not recommend this to anybody for stay

Very comfortable stay……….. will visit again It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Both hotel room was damp seal bad smell in room not able to sleep properly due to bad smell my total money was wasted

Rooms quality worst, lake of aminities in washroom, no hot water, toilet flush not working, night lamp broken ones on no switch to off, worst service for dining, deserve one star

Clean & hygiene room. Clean washroom, hot water available. Parking available & staff is very helpful.

Parking space was not enough shower room wasn’t properly done all water was coming out in the room rooms were not clean room service was good

Service was not upto mark, took atleast 30 minutes for check in, corridor was dirty, room service was very slow.

I stayed in lakshya hotel there hotel staff where very good and service was very good i will visit again thank you.
