The staff behaviour was the best part. The rooms lack hygiene as there are number of cocoroaches in the hotel furniture like sofa and table. I have given 5 star rating due to staff behaviour. They need to inpr9ve the hygiene inside the hotel premise.

The hotel was good and the staff were polite. The room was also well as expected. AC was working well. But there are bugs i.e. cockroach. The best part is near to my exam centre. And I stay from evening 8 to 7 morning only. Not enjoyed much there. Overall experience was good. And I suggest best to stay there.

Good Room but Poor Cleanliness & Rude Staff

The room was good for the price, but the overall experience was not up to the mark. The staff was rude and food quality was average. The main issue was cleanliness – the washroom WC had visible urine stains. When I requested cleaning, the housekeeping staff came without proper supplies (only a WC brush and acid). They claimed the stains were permanent, but being from a hospitality background, I cleaned them myself with just water – which clearly shows the cleaning standards are not maintained. Proper training and supervision are highly needed.

Hotel Oaktel Grand Shiva is spacious but poor in maintenance activities. Found bugs inside the bedroom. Although it is at a very good location, can't take credit away from the staff which is good, humble and cooperative. services which they had indicating the portal are not matching with actual. Services offered are very poor and very late even served after .30 to .45 minutes when I asked for cool water. Even glasses are not provided in the room. When asked , provided after .30 minutes. Asked for shampoo in the bathroom. when provided only soap cake . I argued for same but they never provided shampoo. There breakfast is horrible. I stayed number of times but there standerd has been reduced
