Washroom not clean, plumbing issue, no drinking water, no soap, no dental dam, no proper cleaning

Location is good. Food and amenities are also fine. Room service is satisfactory. A good budget hotel.

The stay was decent, had a few issues but they were resolved by the staff.

Hotel staff behaviors are very bad, initially they given me different room but during my stay they forcefully shifted us in other room and they given reason behind this misbehave was they given that room to other customer. Forcefully shifted us in dirty room and un-adequate facilities. Bathrooms was too much dirty. Bed are completely different and its not matched with shown photographs. To sum up i never recommend this hotel to any one and this is completely waste of money

It was good. Staff is very polite and friendly! ) if you are a solo traveller or going for any business purpose. You can stay there.

It was good but hotel need some renovation in room. Restaurant below has good homemade taste. Services are fast and well served.

Hotel room was not up to mark all walls is full of seepage and smelly and bathrooms was very dirty restaurant is nice very good behaviour in restaurant and food was amazing

Furniture was old. Car parking facility available. Restorent is very good and resional price transportation available from hotel to hear kipodi for 24 hors

Toilets were hopeless. No basics checks were done, all were leaking. It was untidy and missing basic hygiene.

Basic facilities should be improved. We booked two rooms. In one room there is no towel and door mat. The lock system in other room have some problems. Other facilities were ok. Price is somewhat higher.

All are good and good location full chilled ac, hot water, cold water, staff polite along with good manners, restaurant rate are also good

We stayed at the property for 2 nights. The room and bathroom was clean. Location is good, some 6-7 km from har ki pauri. You will easily get shared auto to kotwali, which is almost at a walking distance from har ki pauri. The good thing is location is not that crowded as compared to areas near har ki pauri. You can park your vehicle in front of th hotel which is a great plus point as parking is a major issue during peak season at haridwar.

Very good hotel in haridwar, away from traffic jam and one good thing is restaurant at the hotel. Tv and ac are good.
