The hotel staff is supportive. But the hotel over-all is very dirty with foul smells, lizards roaming in rooms, unhygienic washrooms, smelly beds, mosquitoes, no towells and soaps in washrooms. Coolers and fans are so noisy. In short it's unable to have peace in this hotel

Pathetic .. WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT HOTEL Shared on MMT .. No AC in hotel .. It's just like a Dharamshala. I m really very disappointed by MakeMyTrip never specked this ... All information is mis matching ..

Totally fake picture shown online and there it was very old Dharamshala kind. Instead of AC they provide cooler. And they running very slow. Even fan was also too slow. Dirty bed sheets. Dirty bathroom. Every thing is waste.

Room was awful, room doesn't match with pictures, non AC rooms, washrooms was pathetic, reception was highly unprofessional. MMT should remove this hotel from the list. Will never suggest this hotel to anyone. MMT support was good they heard my complain and refunded my money.
