Nobody responded in a proper manner after reaching the hotel, room was not cleaned, while i showed them the dust and so called hairs, attendance denied for the further process or help, poor stuff this, room was not that much hygienic, can't recommend this to any ody travel-ling with the family

Location, parking, hygiene

Location : is ok parking, only for 3 cars. Rest is a common street shared by 8 hotels hygiene, pathetic. Cob webs in every corner, leaking bathroom taps, very less water from taps. No hot water after check in time, buffet tables were dirty for 24 hours. Tv channels not working. No room service no lunch. Poor personnel hygiene. Very bad attitude of all staff.

Hotel rooms are decent

Hotel rooms are decent, they have lift facility too with power backup. Hear ki paurdi is 3. 75 kms from hotel, we can get the erikshaw easily till hear ki paurdi. The parking space is limited. Since many hotels in the lane many park cars on the road side.
