    Food- very good Amenities & Services were good, except the house keeping. untidy bedsheets , pillow & cover were provided, room not well maintained & not cleaned. ( poor look after og assets ), bath room pipes leaking. However on demand services were provided. Not worth paying the tariff.

    hotel is not welmaintained need renovation also the food was very okish.you doesn't get feel the experience for what you have paid. also the corridor area was smelling something wiered. overall I would suggest to avoid this hotel for booking if you have other option available with you.

    Booked for a family stay considering there will be a swimming pool, but even insisting the staff, they've denied for the pool and pool is just a showpiece only. Rooms are spacious but as construction is old, they were looking average. staff behaviour is okay. But not looks like luxury stay. Denied pool entry, old tv were installed

    First if all I booked a room in special package which said welcome drinks on arrival and the. Cookies in the room. I did not get any. The room was not clean, dust on floor , bedsheet dirty , no shower gel.

    Rooms and washrooms are dirty, especially washroom, washbasin was choking, tv was not working, linen was so dirty...changed the room, but that was also not maintained, not expected this from property...very disappointed...will not recommend to those who are particular about cleanliness
