Nice stay, cooperative staff,

Staff was good in terms of prompt action for any help needed. however, due to conveyance related issues because of kavad yatra I released the room 1 day in advance but the refund was not honored.

The hotel's location is on the road, which is one good thing about the hotel. The rooms are small for a family, overpriced, and lack amenities like a sofa etc. The buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner has very few cusinies. Though the taste of the food is good, it lacks variety.

1. Rooms not up to the mark. 2. Ac not working properly whole night without ac no one cared to call the technician, next day changed the room. 3. As per the charges these are not the premium rooms. 4. Bathroom shower not up to the mark. 5. Food taste average both breakfast & dinner. 6. No complimentary drink no soft beverages give. ( least expected but if you have committed please do offer.

Room does has a window or balcony. Fire sensor was not blinking. No fire NoC was displayed at the reception. No gap between adjacent buildings.

The loc was fine but there were no welcome drinks were served as mentioned package…no restaurant facility after 10 pm….very limited options for breakfast
